10. Disassembly and Installation

1.Before disassembly and repair:

1). Power level back toOFFfiles.

2).The battery is disconnected.

2.Before removing the instrument cluster:

1). Disconnect the maintenance switch

2).Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery

3.Disassembly 4). Removing the right tweeter

1). Remove the digital instrument cover assembly. i. Remove the right tweeter speaker in the direction shown in the figure.

i. Remove the digital instrument cover assembly as shown in the figure.

ii.Disconnect the right tweeter connector.

2).Removing the left tweeter 5).Remove the right decorative panel of the digital instrument

i. Remove the left tweeter speaker in the direction shown in the figure. i. Remove the right digital instrument panel.

ii.Disconnect the left tweeter connector. 6).Removing the instrument cluster

3).Remove the left decorative panel of the digital instrument i. Use a screwdriver to remove the6Each fixing screw.

i. Remove the left digital instrument panel.

ii.Disconnect the connector on the instrument cluster. 4). Install the left trim panel of the digital instrument panel

iii.Take out the instrument cluster in the direction shown in the figure. i. Insert the left decorative panel of the digital instrument into the instrument according to the direction shown in the figure.

4.Install Board body.

1). Installing the instrument cluster

i. Plug in the connector on the instrument cluster.

5).Installing the left tweeter

i. Insert the right tweeter speaker into the instrument panel as shown in the figure.

ii.Place the instrument cluster on the bracket and align the screw holes.

iii.Use a screwdriver to6Install the fixing screws.

2).Install the right trim panel of the digital instrument panel

i. Insert the right decorative panel of the digital instrument into the instrument according to the direction shown in the figure.

6).Install the instrument cluster cover assembly

i. Snap the instrument cluster cover assembly into the instrument panel in the direction shown in the figure.

3).Installing the right tweeter

i. Insert the right tweeter speaker into the instrument panel as shown in the figure.
