improving learning levels, promoting innovation, fostering 21st-century skills, and
enabling systemic changes in the ecosystem. Established in 2002, the foundation

Roles and Responsibilities


● Coordinate and plan the strategy for skilling trainings and launch new batch.
● Identifying and partnering with technical and non-technical training courses
that we launch for veterans and their families.
● Report writing and data compilation and its timely submissions.
● Day to day monitoring of training programs for smooth implementation of
training programs.
● Manage the Event plan and organize it end to end.
● Implementing training program as per the SOP of veteran skilling program.
● Liasioning with accredited training institutes for better training prospects.
● Traveling to different locations and creating an ecosystem, which facilitates
the training program that is proposed for the location- viz; local industry
partners, NGO's, Government Banks, MSME etc.
Competencies and Abilities
● Must be updated about the skilling scenario of the country and liason
government agencies who are implementing the skill initiatives.
● Prior experience of working in collaboration with NSDC, Sectoral skill
council, MSME, NIESBUD etc.
● Must be able to partner with different private and government training
institutes in technical and non-technical domains.
● Good written and verbal communication.
● Willingness to travel up to 15 days a month pan India.

Qualification & Experience:


● Post-Graduation in Education, Social work, or relevant field. 3-5 Years
of relevant experience.
● Language known English & Hindi should be proficient.
