• Liasing with customers and suppliers via phone, and email on a daily basis.
• Sales order processing, chasing up deliveries, resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
• Assisting the team as required.
• Dealing with any escalations should they arise in an efficient manner.

• Order processing and dealing with both customers and internal stake holders throughout the day. Ensuring
