Article 4 of the Constitution has several important clauses and pieces of key information.

1) Describe the "full faith and credit" clause in your own words. Include who this clause was intended

2) Describe the "privileges and immunities" clause in your own words. Include who this clause was

3) Describe the "escaped and fugitive slave" clause in your own words. Include who this clause was
intended for. (5 pts)

5) Explain why DC could never become a state but territories like Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa
and US Virgin Islands could become states. (10 pts)

6) Explain the specific form of government the Constitution guarantees that all states have when
admitted into the US. (5 pts)
