Preface

The sixth version of international conference was carried out on the theme Recent
Innovations in Computing (ICRIC 2023), and papers are considered into ICRIC 2023
Volume 3 for inclusion as part of the proceedings. The conference was organized
by the academic partners for the event including Eotvos Lorand University (ELTE)
Hungary, Knowledge University Erbil, WSG University in Bydgoszcz Poland, Erbil
Polytechnic University Erbil with CSRL and other academic associates, technical
societies from Hungary, India, Poland and with the partners from different countries.
Six technical tracks of the Sixth International Conference on Recent Innovations
in Computing (ICRIC 2023) Volume 3 are arranged for the authors to present their
research papers. We express our gratitude to the esteemed authors, and the Tech-
nical Program Committees for their immense assistance in ensuring the 6th ICRIC
2023 is a grand success. The conference’s general chairs, Dr. Yashwant Singh and
Dr. Pradeep Kumar Singh, and Prof. Zoltan Illes of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE),
Budapest, Hungary, gave the welcome address, conference statistics, and inaugural
talk, respectively.
Professor Zoltan Illes of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Budapest, Hungary,
emphasized the significance of the conference’s issue and the ways that recent
advancements in computers are improving our daily lives. We would like to sincerely

We are also grateful to ELTE, Hungary authorities for their kind approvals from
time to time. The committee is thankful to management, board, rectors, vice rectors,
deans, and professors from academic associate universities from abroad for extending
their support during the conference. The role of editors was to extend their best

About the Editors

Dr. Yashwant Singh is Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science
and Information Technology at the Central University of Jammu where he has
been a faculty member since 2017. Prior to this, he was at the Jaypee University
of Information Technology for 10 Years. He completed his Ph.D. from Himachal
Pradesh University Shimla, his postgraduate study from Punjab Engineering College
Chandigarh, and his undergraduate studies from SLIET Longowal. His research
interests lie in the area of Internet of Things, Vulnerability Assessment of IoT and
Embedded Devices, Wireless Sensor Networks, Secure and Energy Efficient Routing,
and ICS/SCADA Cyber Security, ranging from theory to design to implementation.
He currently serves as Coordinator of Kalam Centre for Science and Technology

Dr. Paulo J. Sequeira Gonçalves is Professor of Electrotechnical and Industrial


Engineering with the School of Technology in the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo
Branco, Portugal. He is also Senior Researcher at IDMEC, Instituto Superior Técnico,
University of Lisbon, Portugal. He was trained in Mechanical Engineering, achieving
the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon,
1998 and 2005, respectively. He presented more than 100 papers in renowned journals
and conferences in robotics, vision, and computational intelligence. He served as
Chair of the IEEE-CIS (computational Intelligence) Portuguese chapter and was
Officer of the IEEE RAS working group who developed the first RAS standard
and one of the first ontology-based IEEE standards. He received several scientific
awards both national and international. He organized and chaired several international
conferences and edited its proceedings.

Dr. Pradeep Kumar Singh is currently working as Associate Professor of Computer


Science and Engineering at Central University of Jammu, India. He is Senior Member
of Computer Society of India (CSI), IEEE, ACM, and Life Member. He is Associate
Editor of the International Journal of Information System Modeling and Design
(IJISMD), Indexed by Scopus and Web of Science. He is also Associate Editor of

USA, Security and Privacy, Wiley. Recently, he has been nominated as Section
Editor for Discover IoT, a Springer Journal.

Dr. Maheshkumar H. Kolekar is working as Associate Professor in Department of


Electrical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Patna, India. He received
the Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering from the
Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 2007. During 2008 to 2009, he was Post-
doctoral Research Fellow with the Department of Computer Science, University of
Missouri, Columbia, USA. During May to July 2017, he worked as DAAD Fellow at
Technical University Berlin where he worked in the research area of EEG signal anal-
ysis using machine learning. His research interests are in the area of Digital Signal,
Image and Video Processing, Video surveillance, Biomedical Signal Processing, and
Deep Learning. He has successfully completed R&D Project Sponsored by Principal
Scientific Advisor to Government of India on abnormal human activity recognition.
