We are seeking 4 highly skilled Software Engineers and Web Developers to join our team at
Fischer Jordan. As a SWE at FischerJordan you will work in a dynamic, client-first, solution-oriented
environment. Our tech team is exposed to a large spectrum of real-world problems and expected to
deliver world-class solutions on a timeline. We’re keen on using newer, faster technologies and
facilitate an open engineering culture of learning and skill development.
In this role, you will also be expected to effectively communicate with business stakeholders to problem
solve and automate a variety of business practices. You should also be able to work effectively in a team
environment and have excellent communication skills.
At the moment we’re looking to onboard candidates with the following key skills:
1. Frontend Web Developer with UI/UX design experience (Fluent in React.js, CSS, HTML, Figma)
2. Frontend Web Developer (Fluent in React.js, CSS, HTML, Figma, WebGL, Animations)
3. Backend Web Developer (Extensive experience with Django and building REST APIs, used multiple DB
stacks, experience with AWS and infrastructure setup, docker)
4. Flutter App Developer (Extensive experience with Flutter and mobile app development, Experience with
UI/UX design, preferably using Figma)

Exhibit 1: Contract Terms (Same for all position)
1) Contract term: 3 years. From the FT start date
2) Guaranteed annual base salary as per the following:

3) Performance based bonus is based on review rating, payable within 30 days of review
finalization.
4) Revenue Share:

5) Retention bonus: You will be eligible for a retention bonus of INR 2 lakh on end of
3years. Retention bonuses areconditional on your employment as of the payment date (As

6) Option to visit the US for up to 2 weeks after completing 2 full years with Fischer
Jordan, subject to obtaining anappropriate visa.
7) Termination by consultant:
a. Consultant will pay Fischer Jordan an early termination fee as per the following
schedule:

b. 3 month written advance notice during the contract period. In the event that a
shorter notice period isprovided, termination fee will increase by the following
amounts:

8) Termination by Fischer Jordan: FJ can terminate this contract by giving 30 days’ notice.
