Satyacharan Lahiri Tithi Puja and Kriya Yoga Initiation- Varanasi Program - January 2025

Dear All,
Shri Satyacharan Lahiri Tithi Puja and Kriya Yoga Initiation Program at Satyalok, the Lahiri family shrine in
Varanasi, will be conducted by Shri Ujjwal Lahiri in January 2025.

The Kriya Yoga Initiation in the dynastic lineage is an elaborate and intense program spread over 3 days in 3
parts viz. 1) Swadhyay – Pre-Initiation talk 2) Tapas – Kriya Initiation & 3) Ishwara Pranidhan - Awareness
Holistic indicating Ashtanga or eight aspects of Yoga Life .

The Program schedule is as follows:

1) All those seeking initiation are requested to make note of the above schedule and plan their travel in
such a way that they reach Varanasi latest by Sunday 19th Jan 2025 afternoon and leave Varanasi earliest
by Tuesday, 21st Jan 2025 late evening after 6:00 p.m.

2) Attendance in the Swadhyay Talks on the 19th of January 2025 is mandatory for all those seeking
initiation. Any participant who misses the pre-initiation talk will not be allowed for initiation. Please reach
Satyalok by 5:00 pm on 19th January 2025 to confirm your attendance with the person in charge.

3) Accommodation for stay during the initiation days i.e. from the 19th of January to the 21st /22nd
January is to be arranged by the participant him/herself. Please book your accommodations around
Dashashwamedh Ghat / Chausatti ghat / Chausatti devi temple as Satyalok is easily accessible from the
above-mentioned landmarks.

4) Temple food (Bhandara Prasad) will be served to all participants from the evening of the 19th of
January to the evening of the 22ndJan 2025.

5) If any participant misses any part of the days 1, 2 & 3 of the above program, his/ her initiation will be
considered incomplete and his/ her name will not be entered in the temple register.

6) The entire program will be conducted in English and Hindi only for maximum outreach in the time
available.

7) The initiation program is restricted only to new participants and to old kriyavans already initiated in
the dynastic lineage.

8) Please send an email with your full name, age, contact address, cell phone / whatsapp number,
email address and proof of travel (i.e. travel tickets to & return from Varanasi) along with a request to
register your name as a participant in the January 2025 initiation program to satyalokinitiation@gmail.com.

9) Confirmation emails will be sent to all those who have registered along with their proof of travel ( i.e
travel tickets to & return from Varanasi) within 10 days of receipt of their request emails on a first come
first served basis.
10) Registration emails received without proof of travel and after the day of closing of registration will
not be replied to.

NOTE:- Those who come directly to Satyalok for initiation will be allowed if and only if slots are available
after accommodating those who have registered in advance online. Such direct participants if permitted
must attend the pre initiation talks on day 1 and also produce the proofs of stay/travel for the entire
program i.e till late noon of 21stJan 2025 before being allowed for the talks.

11) Old Kriyavans who have been initiated in the dynastic lineage and would like to attend the program
for reviewing their kriyas are requested to inform Krishnan Ji / Kamakhyaji by email and attend the
program only on receipt of approval for the same from them.

12) Though it is not mandatory to be present for the Guru Puja on 22nd Jan 2025, still all those seeking
initiation are invited to attend the Puja, offer Pushpanjali to the Gurus of the Lineage and depart after
partaking Bhandara Prasad ( Lunch ).
