Dear Sir/Madam
I writing this letter to express my disappointment about the poor service I
received during my vacation a month ago at the Riverside Hotel.
My first complain is The advertisement stated that the room would include 1
kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bedroom for 2 people, 1 bathroom and 1 balcony, but when I
received the room, there was only 1 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Furthermore,
The equipment condition was very poor, the air conditioner was not cool, the
refrigerator was not running at all, the water heater was broken and the TV cannot
connect to the network. To make the matters worse, The customer service was
unacceptable, I complained about the situation to the staff but they couldn't resolve it
so I asked them to let me see the manager but the manager was not there.
I would like to look into this matter and take better care of your customers to
make that the same problem will never happen again.

I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with a recent purchase I


made from May Boutique. I ordered a dress online two days ago, and unfortunately,
the experience has not met my expectations.
Firstly, the time it took me to receive the goods was longer than the time the
shop informed me about expected delivery, but I didn’t receive it until 2 weeks later.
Secondly, the quaiity of the dress is subpar. The fabric feels cheap, and the stitching is
not up to standard, which is surprising for a boutique known for its fashion. Lastly, the
customer service is not good. I complained ablout the situation to the customer service
staff but they did not resolve the issue for me.
I believe that I am entitled to a replacement or refund for this dress. I hope that
I will not be forced to take further action.

I took a speaking course at IBEST English Center 1 month ago. I am unsatisfied
with the quality of service and teaching for the following reasons:
The advertisement stated that the number of students in the class was only 10
people, but when I arrived, there were 30 people in the class. The teaching methods
and teaching qualifications of the lecturers are only at the bachelor's level, but they
advertise a master's degree or higher. The center staff's attitude was not happy and
when I needed textbooks, they did not advise me.
I complained about this problem to the staff but they did not resolve it and I also
asked to meet with the center management but they refused to let me meet.

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received
during my recent visit to Corner Bistro. I had an unpleasant experience at the

My first complain is reservation. According to the advertisement, we can reserve
a table one day
in advance but when I called the staff to reserve a table, they were informed that all
the tables were full because customers had to book two days in advance.
Futhermore, The food was normal, nothing special, the restaurant’s style and
view aren’t beautiful, just average. To make matters worse, The customer service was

so I asked them to let me see the manager but the manager was not there.
I would like the restaurant to improve its service style and change the table
setting to suit, along with the restaurant’s service attitude to be more professional I
