Dear Sir/Madam
I writing this letter to express my disappointment about the poor service I
received during my vacation a month ago at the Riverside Hotel.
My first complain is The advertisement stated that the room would include 1
kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bedroom for 2 people, 1 bathroom and 1 balcony, but when I
received the room, there was only 1 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Furthermore,
The equipment condition was very poor, the air conditioner was not cool, the
refrigerator was not running at all, the water heater was broken and the TV cannot
connect to the network. To make the matters worse, The customer service was
unacceptable, I complained about the situation to the staff but they couldn't resolve it
so I asked them to let me see the manager but the manager was not there.
I would like to look into this matter and take better care of your customers to
make that the same problem will never happen again.
