RENT AGREEMENT
THIS DEED OF RENT AGREEMENT is made on ___ OCTOBER 2024, between,
JAANVI RANI, D/O Shri Kuldeep Kumar R/o H-50/A-Second Floor, Subhash
Market, Kotla Mubarakpur, Punjab Nation Bank, Lodhi Road, Central Delhi-
110003, here hereinafter the LESSOR / Landlord,
And
(1) PRAVESH AGRAWAL S/o Shri Praveen Agrawal R/o MIG 41, Avas vikas
bhotia parao, Haldwani, Nanital, Uttarkhand-263139
(2) MANUJ BAHETY S/o Shri Badal Bahety R/o Flat No C-4/802, The Pranayam
Sector 82 Near Divine Retreat Ashram Escortsnagar Faridabad, Haryana-121007
(3) KARAN SINGH S/o Shri Shankar Prasad Singh R/o Flat No 240, Pocket -1, Sec
-23, Rohioni Sec-7 , Northwest Delhi, Delhi-110085 are hereinafter called the
LESSEE / TENANT.
The expression of LESSOR and LESSEE shall mean and include their
representative, heirs, successors, legal representatives, administrators and
assigns.
Whereas the Landlord is the absolute LESSOR of property bearing No.
I-80, Third Floor, Lajpat Nagar-1, New Delhi-110024 (hereinafter called the
“SAID PREMISES”).
And Whereas the Landlord has agreed to let out TWO BHK FULLY
FURNISHED of the “SAID PREMISES” along with complete sanitary Fittings, and
complete electric wiring installed therein to the LESSEE and the LESSEE has
agreed to take the same under the following terms and conditions:-
1. That the LESSEE shall pay the monthly rent of Rs. 42,000/- (Rs. Fourty
Two Thousand Only) payable in advance on or before 5th day of each
English Calendar Month.
2. That the LESSOR has received a sum of Rs. 84,000/- (Rs. Eight Four
Thousand Only) as an interest free security from the LESSEE , which will
be refunded by the LESSOR to the LESSEE at the time of vacating the
premises after deducting the all expenses towards damages wear and tear.

A security deposit of ₹60,000 has been paid this month, and the remaining
₹24,000 will be paid with next month's rent.
4. That LESSEE shall use the said premise for Residential purpose only.
6. That either LESSEE/ LESSOR wants to vacate or wants to get vacated the
said premises before the tenure period, either party can issue a ONE
month notice to each other.
7. That the LESSEE shall have no right to sublet the above mentioned
property or allow any other person to live within, without having any
written permission of the above said LESSOR.
8. That the LESSEE shall also have no right to construct any kind of addition
or alteration in the above mentioned property, without having written
permission of the above said LESSOR.
10. That after expiry of the tenancy, the LESSEE shall vacate and hand
over the physical, peaceful possession of the above mentioned property to
the LESSOR.
11. That the LESSEE shall pay the above said fixed rent monthly,
regularly and in advance to the said LESSOR, and in case if the LESSEE fails
to pay the said fixed rent to the LESSOR. then they said LESSOR shall have
right to evict the said LESSEE from the said premises as soon as possible.
12. That the LESSEE abide by all the bye–laws, rules and regulation of
the civil/local society authority in respect of the said Demised
premises.

13. That if the LESSEE will fail to comply the terms of agreement deed
then they said LESSOR shall have full right to evict the said LESSEE from
the said premises, as soon as possible.
14. That the LESSOR himself or through his representatives has / have
full rights to inspect the rented premises during the tenancy period at any
reasonable time for the purpose of look after and repairs of the said
premises.
15. That the LESSOR is not responsible for any type of payments such as
pending bills of LESEE’s credit card, mobile phones, Loans/Bank liability,
Bounce of cheque etc. as well such are the responsibilities of the LESSEE
only, however it is made clear that the LESSOR is not responsible in this
regard.
16. That the LESSEE shall not store or stock any objectionable items,
hazardous offensive articles etc. in illegal activity in the above said
premises during the tenancy period.
17. That if any dispute arises between the parties, the same shall be
referred to for decision by a court of Law under Delhi Jurisdiction.
IN WITNESSES whereof, both the parties have signed this Rent Agreement at
Delhi, date mentioned above, in the presence of following witnesses.
