Job Description:

The Global Technical Architect produces end-to-end high-level designs, combining services, technologies
and products from multiple areas including desktop and server technologies; storage solutions;
virtualization, applications; network components; infrastructure tooling and ITIL-based processes.

Working on global OS image release, policies and standards for the technology you are responsible, for
use in an existing as well as new customer account and for Global Atos internal use. the Global Technical
Architect is part of the Global Managed Server team. Additional accountability includes:

Production of end-to-end solution architecture and designs, putting together technologies from multiple
IT systems and departments across either the application or infrastructure domains.

Delivery of the right technology choices for clients’ businesses. This includes focusing on; enablement,
demonstration, technical sales, internal evangelism and technology strategy.

Provision of technical guidance on behalf of sub-competency to make sure implementations are in line
with best practice, policy and meet the design requirements.

Assurance of technical quality and participation in Architecture Governance and Technical Design peer
review processes, working closely with other GTAs, different GBUs, different departments, vendors and
internal stakeholders as appropriate.

Works in the delivery of a project or solution and can support pre-sales activities under the coordination
of the Global Service Architect.
Skills:

 Design and develop cost effective solutions that meet functional, technical, and performance
requirements
 Ability to design & lead to implement highly available, scalable, reliable & secured technology
solutions. - Ensure compliance requirements while delivering solutions.
 Map account requirements to technology capability
 Have worked on designing projects covering areas including Hyper- V, ESXi Migration, worked
on Migration tools, Microsoft Clusters, developing distributed and fault-tolerant systems,
virtualization, containerization, etc
 Review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established
project standards
 Architect that will be responsible for proposing, reviewing, maintaining, and delivering
detailed designs and technical solution
 Define the complete technical infrastructure environment
 Experience on hyper converged technologies - Nutanix, Citrix, Azure Stack, VXrail, HPE
SimpliVity, Cisco Hyperflex
 Strong experience in various DC technology i.e. Hyper-converged Solution, Server & Storage,
Virtualization, backup & BCP.
 Deep Understanding of HCI in Nutanix with knowledge of migration from physical/virtual
environment to Nutanix, Calm and Files implementation, Flow and data-Protection Services
 Experience in HCI technology of VMWARE i.e. VSAN and VNX of VMWARE will be an added
advantage.
 Design and build the Nutanix solution on various Hypervisors, Acropolis, Hyper – V, VMware
 Experience on hyper converged technologies - Nutanix, Citrix, Azure Stack, VXrail, HPE
SimpliVity, Cisco Hyperflex
 Hands on experience on virtualization technologies Knowledge of cloud technologies especially
Azure
 Strong Automation skills with PowerShell, Ansible & BSA
 Knowledge on Terraform
 Knowledge and experience on cloud (Google, AWS, Azure) is a plus.

 Good communication skills, fluent in English both in oral and written
