ASSIGNMENT
PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT (PSA)
TITLE – WORDS HURT
LANGUAGE - ENGLISH
Motive/Idea of the video - The motive is to raise awareness, educate viewers on the harms
of online harassment, and encourage positive digital behavior. Cyberbullying is often hidden
but can have severe impacts on mental health, self-esteem, and even physical safety,
especially for young people.
Story - The story follows our character at the start, someone who tends to ignore his
surroundings, and while trying to be better and to do good, cannot take the first step
towards it, and revolves around the issue rather than addressing it. And as the story
progresses, we see how he reaches a moment of realisation, a turning point, and how he
starts to bring out a change for the better by fixing up his surroundings and focussing on the
unfinished tasks at hand. And near the end, we see the character be a different person,
changed for the better, seeming happier with himself and livelier.
