Graduate Apprentice Program

Graduate Apprentice is a 1-year apprenticeship program where fresh


engineers are given functional exposure in Manufacturing and Techno
commercial areas like corporate purchase, customer logistics & planning
etc.
Projects are assigned in respective areas for learning and execution,
managerial working is learning through exposure and experience,

manpower handling.
Responsibilities
Note: Candidates to be open for shift based working schedule as per need
of work area
Absorption post Apprenticeship period is assessed only based on
vacancies available and Merit-based selection process but the same is
not guaranteed as a natural outcome post apprenticeship period

Criteria Note: Initial screening of CV’s to match all of the above criterion
( % Cut-off ) will be done by HireMee (partner for conducting online test) and
only eligible candidates who fulfill the above criterion will be
allowed to appear for the online test and further steps of selection
procedure.
