Introduction
Designed based on the UiPath Business Analyst guidelines, the UiPath Certified Automation
Business Analyst (UiABA) aims to assess knowledge and skills in gathering requirements, process
discovery, process analysis, and designing and implementing automation using UiPath Solution
Suite.

The UiABA is a credential intended for mid-career Business Analysts who possess a breadth of
knowledge and industry experience in business process automation. Candidates seeking to become
UiABA certified preferably have completed the UiPath Academy courses listed as recommended
training and optionally hold the UiRPA Certification.

UiABA is recommended for roles such as Automation Business Analyst, Project Manager, Solution
Architects, and Change/Transformation Managers.

Target Audience
The target audience for the UiPath Certified Automation Business Analyst v1.0 Exam includes:
• Experienced Business Analyst who wants to showcase their competencies in process
automation domain
• Roles where Business Analysis expertise are highly valued such as Automation Business
Analyst, Project Manager, Solution Architects, and Change/Transformation Managers, etc.

Minimally Qualified Candidate

The Minimally Qualified Candidate (MQC) is an individual with the following:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and have participated in at least five
automation projects using UiPath Solutions
• In-Depth knowledge of Business Analysis Best Practices and Standards described in
BABOK ® (Business Analyst Body of Knowledge ®) or similar
• Technically proficient and possesses the knowledge/skills to gather and analyze
requirements for new automation projects as well as improving the existing processes.
