Greetings of Peace and Joy!

With a greatest passion to share my knowledge and experiences, I want to apply for a teaching
position in your reputable school. I am very interested in the prospect of teaching diverse student
and a faculty committed to excellence. I am confident that my skills and expertise in teaching would
be an asset to your students learning and development.

I am IRISH G. MELGAZO, single and 27 years old, a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education
major in Content Education of Cebu Technological University-San Francisco Campus last March 31,
2016. I successfully took and passed the Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers
last September 2018. Also, I have 30 units in Masters of Arts in Education major in Administration
and Supervision.

Currently, I am working at Camotes Hillside Academy, Inc. as a 2 nd Grade adviser. Managing the
different abilities of my students proved a difficult but a rewarding task. I tailored activities to
maintain the interest of high-level students without intimidating less-skilled students which was
satisfying in both sides. My experience in teaching strengthened my abilities in organizing different
learners of varied learning styles. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships and
to work within a team. As a teacher my main goal is to motivate students to do their best in order
for them to reach their full potential.
