OUR SERVICES

TERMS

“SCHEDULING”
A google form will be given to client 45 days prior to your event which has the dates, events,
locations, start and end timings. All the event will be planned and will happen according to the
information provided by the client , no changes can be done in the last min . team information
will be present on the docs we share to you beofre the event

Travel Expenses

You shall provide the travel and accommodation for events outsi`de newyork. if accomodation is
not provided we will head to book one and charges will be added to the final bill after the wedding.

Advance Payment

You shall clear 50% of the whole amount immediately to block the dates ,
50% on the last day of the shoot.
Once the advance is paid and the dates are blocked, it cannot be refunded.

Change of Plans
Any change of plan and/or postponement of any event will be accommodated
based on our availability on the new dates(ONLY WITH 3 MONTHS PRIOR NOTIFICATION ).
if not informed the day will be considered as event and the advance will not be refunded.

1 . WE DONT PROVIDE SERVICES TO ANY EVENT WHICH IS NOT MENTIONED IN QUOTE.

2 . All our albums are from canvera Bangalore,


Extra sheet costs 20$ per sheet

3 . All changes in videos including teaser and albums will be changed only 'ONCE'
( additional changes will be charged extra!!)

4 . Albums will be delivered in 60 days after handover of selected photos from the client
(we can help you selecting and deliver the album if you are too busy to do it)

If not decraled by the client and delays over 6 months after wedding were not responsible
for any data loss. .

5 . Traditional videos and teasers will be delivered within 60 days of the event

6 . Processed images will be delivered in 60 days from the wedding date

7. WE DONT PROVIDE ANY “PHOTO OR VIDEO INVITATIONS”

8. we provide raw data on smug mug AFTER 10 days of the wedding date

Full HD albums consisting of 100-150 A cinematic trailer(3 minutes per event)
images in each(30SHEETS) designed and and a teaser (1 mins from all the events)
printed in india shipped to usa. with the best footage from all the events.

Candid Photos Traditional Photos


Bride & groom portraits including getting- Bride & groom photos, photos of family,
ready shots, couple portraits, candid friends, relatives & guests, the whole ritual,
moments of friends & family and event and photos of decor, entrance & dining etc.
story.

Full-length Feature Films Private Cloud Gallery


Full length videos of all the events based on Photos & videos of all the events are
the total duration of the events. uploaded on cloud and shared through a
private link, which can be accessed for one
year from your wedding.

GOOD MAKE UP ARTIST


Please hire a good make up artist no matter what how small is the event, make up is very important for the
photographers to make the bride (especially) and groom look asthetically pleasing. without the make up
no point of hiring expensive photographers as they cant use their light over direct skin.

DECORATION
Decoration is as important as the makeup and photography , please select a vibrant matte flower decor,
which doesnt reflect light so that the subject (bride and groom) will be elevated rather than
the reflective decor.

WEDDING PLANNER
Wedding planner are optional but they can make the couple life easier during the wedding dates,
they can help you arranging better thematic wedding decor etc.

DESIGNERS
Designers and dresses are very important, please choose dark / vibrant colors / pastels according
to your taste. please choose wisely!

REFERENCES
Feel free to share any concepts or photos or videos you like to get shot at your wedding, we would be
very happy assisting you regarding this and setting an expectation.
