service.

recording. Force system up no matter how the custfs.ubi state.
3. Fixed bug: startup failed and loop rebooting while ipv6 address exist in
usrcfg.conf file.
4. Fixed bug: command line ‘show onu state’ will return error code 65331
and no result.

packets with vlan 1 can’t be sent to ONU. So, only upstream with vlan
1 works.
