About Us

The Teambuilding Company was founded in 1989 and over the last thirty five years has
grown to become the UK’s benchmark specialist teambuilding company.

We operate throughout the United Kingdom and we also run a fair smattering of events
in mainland Europe and Scandinavia.

We are very proud of our awesome staff, many of whom have been with us for their
entire careers. It is this depth of experience and knowledge, together with their creative
ingenuity, that gives us not only our extraordinary range of team building events, but
such a high level of repeat business.

Our customers cover the full spectrum of the working world from giant multinationals to
small family companies, and across the public sector from the NHS to the Cabinet
Office. We carefully collate feedback from every event that we run; we are incredibly
proud of the overwhelmingly excellent feedback. We know that delivering excellent
events leads directly to the success of our firm.

Over the years we have created a portfolio of phenomenal events, often copied but
never equalled. We imagine a collective groan when any sort of work event is mooted
and it is particularly gratifying to see the wonderful levels of engagement and enjoyment
that we achieve with every event. We make sure that our clients have ‘Fun’ with a
