Note 3: There will be no carrying forward of roster points reserved for SPAE, ESM and PFAR. lf
sufficient number of eligible SPAE, ESM &: PFAR candidates are not available even after interexchange
among BUST/OBC (CL)/OBC (SL)/SC/PT/MBC (SL)/WSS, the unfilled vacancies shall be filled up by
candidates belonging to the same reserved category as per the Notification No. M(14)/136/GEN/DOP dated:
26.11.2018.

3. ELIGIBILI TY CONDITCONS:
{A) Minimum Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) from recognized colleges approved by the

appropria ted Council of Technical Education)

{B) Other Qualifications:

(a) Must be able to read. write and speak in one of the State languages.
(b ) M ust be conversant with local customs and traditions of Sikkim.

(C) Age Limit:

Should h ave attained the age of 18 years, but should not have exceeded 40 years as on
30/11/2024, in terms of Notification No: M(3)/(55)/GEN/DOP/Pt.Ill dated: 03/07/2017.

(D) Required Documents:

(a) Candidate must be in possession of either Sikkim Subject Certificate or Certificate of
Ident·ification issued by che competent authority under relevant orders of the State
Government.
(b) Category Certificate issued by the competent authority of the Government of Sikkim.

(c) Should have Valid Local Employment Card issued by the appropriate authority of the
Gove rnment of Sikkim
(d) No Objectioo Certificate from the Head of Department in case of employed candidate.

(e) Marital Status certificate (for female candidate). In case of married women candidate ,
COl/SSC of Husband should be enclosed.

4. SCHEME OF EXAMINATION: Candidates are advised to refer to APPENDIX - I for Detailed

Scheme and pattem for the \.Vritten Examinations. The syllabus can be downloaded from the Sikkim
Public Service Commission website.
5. Candidate should go through the advertisement and read Lhe instructions provided on the website
carefully before applying online. Applications received through any other mode shall not be
accepted and shall be summarily rejected.
6. The candidate s are ad"ised to apply on.line from our website http: 11sps<..sikkim.gov.in/ on or before the
stipulated date and time. Application submitted thereafter will not be accepted and SPSC shall not be
responsible for the same.
7. Application fee amounting to Rs 200/, only may be paid on.line through Net Banking or credit and
debit card, (Visa/MasterCard ). The amount once deposited shall not be refunded or adjusted against
any other purposc.
8. E,Admit Cards can be downloaded and printed by the eligible candidates after a Notice for the same
is published by the Commission in the official website of the Commission.
9. Candidates are directed to bring a Photo identity proof like (Aadhaar Card, Voters Card, Driving
License) along with valid e,Admit cards in the examination centre for proof of identity.
