ANNEXURE-III

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS/ CONFIRMATION IS TO BE


SUBMITTED BY APPLICANT FOR GRID CONNECTIVTIY

I/We Mr.Ritesh Jindal S/o Mr. Kuldeep chand Agrawal aged 46 years authorised Signatory, on
behalf of Sambhv Tubes Pvt Ltd. and I am duly authorized to make this undertaking in the matter
of submitting application to CSPTCL for grid connectivity to our plant at Village- Barbhata,
District -Mahasamund Chhattisgarh from 220/132KV Mahasamund Substation at of
CSPTCL.
I/We on behalf of the firm hereby undertake that the construction work of EHV line meant
for connectivity for our plant’s shall be executed by ourselves through “A” class
electrical contractor without supervision of CSPTCL for which Drawing & Design
of EHV tower & its foundation and stringing material shall be taken from CSPTCL
on payment of applicable charges.
We hereby also undertake/agree that:-
i- Firm is aware that land compensation needs to be pay by them to the
affected farmer(s)/person(s) for the land coming under the line corridor
during the construction of line as calculated CG Government’s Order No. F-
7-7/7-1/2014 dated 01.06.2016 is also part of cost estimate of the line.
ii- Firm is aware that land compensation shall be paid to affected
farmer(s)/person(s) for the land coming under the line corridor during the
construction of line is decided by the Energy and Revenue Department
officers, CG Government in actual basis at the time of disbursement to
affected farmer(s)/person(s).
iii- Firm shall liable to pay the applicable GST, all statutory taxes etc.
iv- Firm shall be ready to deposit the applicable minimum charges or 3%
charges of estimated cost of line whichever is higher towards CSPTCL’s
Drawing & Design of EHV tower & its foundation before construction
activities of line.
v- Firm is aware that construction line shall be executed as per CSPTCL’s
drawing & design which is issued for one time use only for the said
construction of line and shall not be used for any other purpose. The
design & drawing shall be return by firm to CSPTCL after execution of
the work. Line estimate towards construction of line shall be prepared by
firm and submit the same duly verified by EHT wing. For verification of
estimate from EHT wing, firm shall have to deposit the estimated cost of
preliminary survey with CSPTCL.
vi- Firm shall be responsible for solving ROW problems and all statutory
clearances/legal issues involved during the construction of line at their
own cost and submit the compliances to CSPTCL.
vii- Firm shall be responsible for obtaining Forest clearances/legal issues
involved during the construction of line at their own cost and submit the
compliances to CSPTCL.
viii- Firm shall be responsible for all statutory as well as legal issues, if arise,
in future after completion of line and shall be dealt by the firm at their
own cost.
ix- Firm shall arrange consent to establish from CECB, permission of laying
line under Section 68 from CG Government including permission from
Chief Electrical Inspector, CG Government.
x- Firm shall provide the following at their own cost for the purpose of
connectivity: -
a- Express speech communication facility (PLCC) between CSPTCL EHV
Substation & their Plant’s switchyard.
b- On-line real-time data communication facility to SLDC as per the
provisions of State Grid Code.
c- ABT metering with AMR facility with EHV substation of CSPTCL as
per CEA metering regulation & State Grid Code.
d- Reverse Power Flow Relay/Overload Relay on the feeder panel at EHV
substation meant for our grid connectivity.
In the event of violation of any of the above conditions, appropriate action as
deemed fit can be initiated by CSPTCL against the firm.
