General Instructions to the Participants
(Registration per Student: UG & PG RS.200)

✓ Registrants must finish their registration by November 25, 2024; there is no

restriction on the number of registrants per college.
✓ Participants must carry valid ID cards/Bonafide from their respective institutions.
✓ Only participants with valid identification cards may register on-site.
✓ It is expected of all participants to completely abide the rules of the event.
✓ Indiscipline of any kind will lead to disqualification.
✓ Lunch and Participation Certificates will be given to registered participants.
✓ On December 6th, 2024, participants must arrive at KCE Campus by 8:30 AM.
✓ Accommodations and local transportation will be scheduled in prior request.
✓ The jury's judgment on the progression of events will be definitive.
✓ All participants must adhere to a modest dress code.
