COPYRIGHT:

Original Ownership: All original icons, logos, illustrations, and graphic designs
created by the Contractor for use on the Client Web site are the exclusive
property of the Contractor until receipt of the Total Fee amount.

Transfer: On receipt of the Total Fee by the Contractor, Client is authorized to


have exclusive use of all icons, logos, illustrations and graphic designs appearing
on the Client Web site for purposes of marketing, advertising, and promotion of
the Client and its subsidiaries. Contractor agrees that its work product produced
in the performance of this Agreement shall remain the exclusive property of
Client, and that it will not sell, transfer, publish, disclose, or otherwise make the
work product available to third Parties without Client's prior written consent.
Any rights granted to Contractor under this Agreement shall not affect Client's
exclusive ownership of the work product.

EXCLUSION FROM DEVELOPMENT TIME AND COST

 Above quoted development cost does not include Hosting Charges and
domain registration charges.
 If hosting and domain and SSL certificate needed that will be cost extra
and here is the cost for the same
 SSL As per market cost.

SUPPORT AND GENERAL FACTS


 Webzin Infotech. Will offer 3 months of free support after the completion
of the project, which involved bugs and error solving if occurs minor

changes to website etc. If any major amendments will be there, it will be
cost accordingly.
 After 3-month free support if client requires additional support, then it
would be chargeable.
 Upon completion and final payment of the website, your organization will
be given unlimited usage of copyright to all the web pages and its
contents.
 The project will be generated directly from materials, data, and photos
that you will prepare and furnish to us.
 The quote mentioned above is good for 60 days from the date this quote
was created.
 Additional modifications to the website other than outlined above will be
charged at the hourly rate of the time. The current hourly retainer rate is
INR 1000/hr. for all programming and design work.
