1. I am a final-year, final-semester law student with no backlogs from previous


semesters. I am currently enrolled in a BCI-recognised University or College
approved by the BCI and affiliated with a BCI-recognised University.

OR

2. I have completed my final semester exams, with no backlogs, and am


awaiting my final results. I studied at a BCI-recognised University or College
approved by the BCI and affiliated with a BCI-recognised University.

OR

3. I am a law graduate who has not yet enrolled with a State Bar Council. I
have/have not obtained my LL.B degree (strike-off whichever is not
applicable) from a BCI-recognised University or College approved by the BCI
and affiliated with a BCI-recognised University.

OR

4. I am a law graduate currently employed in …………………-not


employed-……………………. (mention job/service) and have either not
enrolled or surrendered my enrolment due to my employment. I understand
that if I pass AIBE, I will be eligible for enrolment for six months. After this
period, I will need to reappear for AIBE to continue practicing law.

I also undertake to:

- Confirm that my university or college is recognised/approved by the Bar


Council of India and that I have pursued or completed my LL.B degree from a
BCI-recognised institution.

- Submit accurate and truthful information concerning my current academic


status or enrollment status with the State Bar Council, as applicable.
- Comply with the conditions outlined for my category and fully adhere to the
process established by the Bar Council of India for maintaining the integrity
and professional standards of the legal profession.

I further confirm that I understand the eligibility criteria and agree to comply with
all instructions and regulations as indicated by the Bar Council of India. I
acknowledge that intimation of my case will be provided to the Bar Council of India
for the purpose of maintaining transparency and proper records.

I declare that all the information furnished by me in this undertaking is true to the
best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that providing any false information
or non-compliance with the criteria mentioned, including providing information
about a non-recognised university or non-approved college, may result in
disqualification from the AIBE or withdrawal of eligibility for enrollment.

Semester-V.
- For the 5-year integrated LL.B degree course: marksheets of Semester-I
to Semester-IX.

2. Law graduates who have passed their LL.B course but have not yet obtained
their degree must submit their self-attested and scanned (not clicked from
mobile) marksheets. This includes:
- For the 3-year LL.B degree course: marksheets of Semester-I to
Semester-VI.
- For the 5-year integrated LL.B degree course: marksheets of Semester-I
to Semester-X.

All candidates must ensure their institution is BCI-recognised or approved.
