Test 1: The diagram shows the small-scale production of smoked fish. (6.

5)

The flowchart illustrates the small-scope process of making smoked fish, which can be broadly
categorized into three main stages: preparation of ingredients, production of smoked fish, and
transportation.
The process commences with the preliminary treatment, in which raw fish are cleaned with a
knife. Then, the cleaned fish are soaked in a mixture of salted water for half an hour for extra
sanitation sanitization, and to remove impurities and enhance flavor. After that, they must be
boiled under high temperature for another five minutes to partially cook the fish before moving
to the main steps of the production.
The second phase involves removing the ingredients from the hot water, letting them dry and
then placing them into a vat. It is evident that the fish are hung with hooks at the top of the vat.
Some kinds of Combustible material are burned at the bottom, which creates smoke. A wooden
lid is placed on the top to cover the vat and prevent the smoke from escaping. This process takes
30 minutes for flavor enhancement, and preservation before the fish are removed and put
applied on yellow coloring aesthetic appeal.
The last stage concludes with the final products, which are then packaged in boxes and loaded
onto trucks. These trucks will transport the products to where they are going to be sold markets,
or distribution centers.
Test 2: The diagrams illustrate the process of building an igloo. (7.0)

The pictures above illustrate how to construct an igloo.

It is clear that the process consists of 13 steps. The first stage of the process is searching and
choosing hard-packed snow. The final step is cutting ventilation holes in the wall of the igloo.
The diagrams illustrate the intricate process of constructing an igloo, which can be broadly
categorized into three main stages: preparation of materials, construction of the igloo, and final
touches.
First, use a snow saw to cut hard-packed snow into snow blocks. Large blocks are placed at the
base. Next, use the saw to smooth the edges of blocks. Continue doing it and put the blocks in a
circle shape. When the igloo is half-way finished, dig a hole under the wall to create an entrance.
After building the wall, take out the block that is slightly too large for the last opening of the top.
The next step is using a shovel to scoop snow and pack it into all crevices.
The process commences with the selection of hard-packed snow, which is then cut into large
blocks using a snow saw. These blocks form the base of the igloo. The edges of the blocks are
then smoothed with the saw to ensure they fit together snugly.
The construction phase involves arranging the smoothed blocks in a circular shape. This process
continues until the igloo is half-way complete, at which point a hole is dug under the wall to
create an entrance. The wall is then completed by fitting a block that is slightly too large for the
last opening at the top. Snow is then scooped up with a shovel and packed into all crevices to
ensure stability.
Inside the igloo, use bare hands to rub and smooth the wall. The igloo now is almost completed.
About the hole on the roof, use snow blocks and shape them to cover the top. Lastly, cut
ventilation holes in the wall or roof for light.
In the final stage, the inside of the igloo is smoothed with bare hands to create a uniform surface.
The hole on the roof is covered with shaped snow blocks. The process concludes with the
cutting of ventilation holes in the wall or roof to allow light to enter and air to circulate.
