WF600 Multifunctional Pulse Signal Display meter


▉ Product features
WF600 display table is a six-position display of position, speed, Angle display control module, can be widely used in
the field of industrial control.
● International standard case of 96×48×115mm, six 0.56 inch digital tube display.
● Input A and input B constitute A double input terminal, which can identify the pulse encoder signal with A phase
of 90 degrees.
● Input single switch signal (pulse) for counting (one-way) or speed measurement.
● With external zero clearing terminal, can be controlled by an external switch zero clearing.
● Set two control values, two relay output, can be used for control or alarm.
● Automatic delay reset time can be set to achieve automatic delay reset function.
● Can count/speed, set by internal parameters.
● Parameter setting Password protection function.
● Current count value, set value is not lost when power is off.
● Can be set multiplier, determine the proportional relationship between input pulse and display value.
● External sensor:
A. Angular and linear displacement grating sensors provide 5V(100mA) and 12V(100mA) power supply to the
sensors.
B. Proximity switch or Hall switch, which can count or measure the pulse and is only connected to the a-phase
terminal.
● Counting rate: single frequency, double frequency, four times frequency optional (multiplier value is 1.000 for
four times frequency).
● Interpolation function: 1 interpolation basis point can be set to achieve linear interpolation function.
● With 485 communication function (optional)
● If you need 485 communication when ordering, please specify, if not, there is no default function.

▉ Parameters that
Pn000: Position of the decimal point (the number of decimal points in the display value). The default value is 2.
Pn001: Count ratio is to determine the proportional relationship between the input pulse and the display value.

Range: 0.000 to 999.999. The default is 1.000. Both count and speed modes work.
Pn002: Upper limit. Is the count that makes the upper limit of relay action. The default value is 1000
Pn003: lower limit. Is the count that causes the lower limit relay to operate. The default is 1000
Pn004: count direction. The default value is 0, indicating forward counting. If the displayed value is in the opposite
direction from the actual value, you can adjust this parameter to make the value consistent.
Pn005: Indicates the initial value. That is, the display value automatically saved when the previous power failure.
After startup, display value = initial value + count value. The default value is 0. You can set the initial value as
required.
Pn006: Parameter protection password. If the parameter is not zero, the parameter is protected by the password.
You must enter the correct password to enter the parameter page to modify the parameter. The default value is 0.
Pn007: Relay output mode. The default value is 1.

Pn008: automatic reset time. When this parameter is not 0 and the display value ≥Pn002 (upper limit), the display
value will be cleared automatically after the delay is set. The default value is 0. Disable this function. Minimum
setting time unit: 0.1s.
Pn009: The offset is 0. The default is 0
Pn010: Difference base. The calculation formula is: displayed value = measured value *Pn009/Pn010; The default is 0
Pn011:4mA output the corresponding value. The default is 0
Pn012:20mA outputs the corresponding value. The default value is 10000
Pn013:4mA current offset (0-1000). The default value is 58
Pn014:20mA current regulation coefficient: 800~1200. The default value is 1000.
Pn015:0 indicates the counting mode. At the same time, the size of this value determines the filtering times. The
larger the value is, the more stable the measured data will be, but the slower the update will be. Users can set it
according to their needs. The default is 0
Pn016: Input signal selection. 0: Input A, B two phase orthogonal coding signal, can be connected with the encoder
or grating ruler. 1: Only count/measure the pulse on the a-phase terminal. The count is one-way (increment only).
After changing this setting, you need to power on the system again for it to take effect. The default is 0
Pn017: Speed measurement period setting. The speed measurement period is Pn017*0.1+0.2 seconds. Parameter
setting ranges from 0 to 10, that is, the speed measurement period ranges from 0.2 to 1.2S. The default is 0.
Pn018: Communication address 0 to 255.
Pn019: Restores factory Settings. Enter the value 123 to restore the meter to factory Settings.
Pn020: Set the number of pulse reads. The average value of any reading times within 1-1000 times can be set. For
example, if the value is set to 500, the average value of every 500 times can be read and displayed. It is suitable for
high-precision thickness measurement micro-sensor and the occasions where the thickness changes frequently.
Note: 1. In the speed measurement mode, the default display value refers to the number of input pulses per second.
The display value of the appropriate unit can be obtained by setting the counting rate.

For example: encoder pulse number is 100, add quadruple count is 400, when the need to detect the number of
revolutions per second, the multiplier set is 1/400=0.0025, to display the number of revolutions per minute is
0.0025*60=0.15, the display value is speed.
2. The velocity measurement filter can be adjusted according to the actual needs. The effect of velocity
measurement varies greatly depending on the level of 1-20.
3. Linear speed detection rate setting:
For example, in line speed measurement mode, if the circumference of the roller is 400MM, the encoder is 100, and
the pulse after frequency doubling is 400, the line speed can be calculated according to the pulse collected per unit
time. If MM/S is measured, the multiplier bit is 1.000 (different units have different multiplier, please convert
according to the unit). To detect MM/ min, set the multiplier to 60.000.

▉ Operating instructions
1. Without password protection
1. Press the function key MO2 for more than 2 seconds to enter the parameter setting state, the screen displays the
first parameter Pn000, if you want to set the following parameters, you can press the function key MO, then the
parameters increase successively, cyclic display, until you want to modify the parameter Pn0XX;
2. When the screen displays the parameter Pn0XX, press the "Ok" key En to enter the parameter setting state of

Pn0XX, the screen will display the original setting value, and the last bit is blinking state;
3. To change the value, make sure that the current value is the blinking bit. If not, press MO to change the blinking
bit from right to left, and press ↑↓ to change the value from 0 to 9.
4. After setting the parameters, press the "Ok" key En to pop out the setting of parameter Pn0XX;
5. When Pn0XX is displayed on the screen, press the reset button RST to jump out of the setting state and return to
the working state.
2. When password protected
Press the function key. The screen displays PASS and enters the password input state. At this time, press the "ok" key
En, the lowest flashing, refer to the above operation, input the correct password, press "Ok" key En to confirm, the
program enters the parameter setting state, if the password input is wrong or press the "reset" key, the program
returns to the working state.
3. Peak function
In the working state, press the ↓ key, the MAX indicator lights up, and the display value always shows the peak
count. Press the ↓ key again to turn off the MAX indicator and exit the peak state.
4. Display value clearing function
In the working state, hold down the RST key, the display value is cleared.

Connect the 24V power supply + to terminal 16, connect the positive current terminal to terminal 15, and connect
the GND of the negative current terminal to the 24V power supply into the loop, that is, measure the 4-20mA signal
change.
Note: if the purchased digital display meter is powered by 24V, the power supply for the 4-20 ma current output
cannot use the same power supply as that for the digital display meter. You need to provide a separate 24V power
supply for the 4-20 ma output.
