BSG will provide a Holistic Solution to My Wealth Choice with utmost respect, transparent
and competence services to meet all the requirements. We have the ability to scale up rapidly
depending on My Wealth Choice’s requirements.

Hybrid Dedicated Paraplanner/Administrator Model

Scope of work:

1. Initial review checklist.

2. Research and Analysis.
3. Projections.
4. SOA preparation & editing.
5. Final review.
6. Sending TPA forms.
7. Calling providers to obtain information.
8. Entering data in CRM – Xplan, AL, AI etc.
9. Initial research using Risk researcher, Wealth solver etc – prepare reports and strategy
papers.
10. Filling up the fact find/prepare reverse fact find and send directly to clients.
11. Obtaining information from the client via emails and Calls.
12. Prepare form to implement advice –
• Applications, Rollovers, beneficiaries, etc.
• Follow up the process till funds are transferred or accounts are set up or policies are
active.
13. Prepare FDS, Opt-in forms.
14. Prepare Annual Review Reports.
15. Complete Audit Checklists.
16. Insurance cancellation letters.

Team Structure

Dedicated Team
BSG will setup a highly experienced team of Paraplanner cum Paraplanning Administrator.
BSG will name the team as My Wealth Choice, which consists of highly trained resources who
are capable of handling all the paraplanning requirements of My Wealth Choice with quality
and quick turnaround time.

Dedicated Team Leaders

BSG will provide a dedicated Team Leaders to manage the TEAM My Wealth Choice. The
Team Leaders will be responsible for managing the workflow and managing TEAM My Wealth
Choice. The Team Leaders will have minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Financial Advising
Industry and will be responsible to train the TEAM My Wealth Choice and for their
efficiencies. The Team Leaders will be responsible to add new team members to TEAM My
Wealth Choice depending on the workflow and process urgency.

Dedicated Account Manager

BSG will provide a highly experienced Dedicated Account Manager who will be closely
working with TEAM My Wealth Choice and Connect with My Wealth Choice. The dedicated
Account Manager will be responsible to conduct weekly workflow call, understand the
process requirements, take suggestions and feedback, design and implement the Standard
Operating Process for My Wealth Choice at BSG. The Dedicated Account Manager will be a
single point of contact for My Wealth Choice.

Quality Control
Since we are in the industry for more than 8 years now and the only thing that kept us going
is our uncompromised Quality work which are delivering to our clients. Internally at BSG we
will setup a Review Team of highly experienced and senior staff. Every plan completed by
TEAM My Wealth Choice will be reviewed to meet the standards, compliance and error free.
The time spent by the Internal Review Team will not be charged as it is the part of our Quality
Control Process.

world's leading information security management organizations. In order to prevent a breach
of our organization's and our clients' data, we have both physical and non-physical controls.
In order to stay informed of the different challenges facing our sector, we regularly arrange
educational workshops for our staff.

The workstations are configured as the per client’s requirements. The entire network is
protected by enterprise wide antivirus system. The staff has restricted access to the internet.
There are provisions to ensure uninterrupted network and power access to the workstations.

BSG is connected to the internet on fiber optic lines. A dedicated

fiber optic ring ensures various redundancy paths to and from
the ISP.
