(without replacement). Find the probability distribution of the number of defective bulbs.

30. A manufacturer produces two models of bikes,X and Y. Model X takes 6 man hours to make per
unit, while model Y takes 10 man hours per unit. There is a total of 450-man hours availableper
week. Handling and marketing costs are ₹ 2000 and ₹ 1000 for models X and Y respectively. The
total funds available for these purposes are ₹ 80000 per week. Profit per unitfor models X and Y
are ₹ 1000 and ₹ 600 respectively. Formulate an LPP to maximise the profit.
31. Mr Sharma wishes to purchase a house for ₹ 45,00,000 with a down payment of ₹ 5,00,000
and balance in EMI for 25 years. If the bank charges 6 % per annum compounded monthly.

35. A dietician wishes to mix two types of foods P and Q ,in such a way that the vitamin contents of
the mixture contains at least 8 units of Vitamin A and 10 units of vitamin C. Food P contains 2
units per kg of vitamin A and 1 unit per kg of vitamin C while
Food Q contains 1 unit per kg of vitamin A and 2 units per kg of vitamin C. It costs
Rs.5 per kg to purchase food P, Rs.7 per kg to purchase food Q. Find the minimum cost of such a
mixture. Formulate the above as an LPP and solve it graphically
