I want to set the tone here… Your job is to RING THE BELL 🛎🔥😝
1. We are here to SELL!!!
2. We are here to generate NUMBERS!!
3. Our JOB is to enroll people into Programs...Let the Coaches worry about changing their
lives.
4. Your only responsibility is to qualify as many people as you can each day, pitch them the
video & enroll them into our coaches programs!
● Create connection with the lead to establish trust and get them to open up to us about
their goals & fears before we try and sell them a product
● Challenge the lead to get them thinking about their health & fitness and why it is
Important for them to make this change now… and that WE are the solution to their
struggles.
● Each conversation is a sale and the whole purpose of this DM is to get them into
Programs!
1. Set a Goal for the Day!!! Setting goals will give you something to strive for to accomplish
no matter what in the day!!!
a. Closes
b. Pitched Calls
c. Hot Leads / New Conversations Created.
2. Break your time up in the Day.. (Duplicate this flow if you’re running 2 Accounts)
a. 1-2hrs Bright & Early messaging leads and creates a flow in the conversation
(Anything less than 1hr won't leave room to have a conversation).
i. For leads that can't talk and are in a rush to start the day → Book a time
later on in the day to talk that works for them.. Prioritize your time to Hot
leads who can talk now!
b. 1-2hrs in the Afternoon…
i. Responding to conversations: Anyone who's responded from Morning
messaging → Follow the same guidelines as Morning!
ii. Generating New Conversations: As pipeline dries up and you are awaiting
Responses & Booked talk times.. Start creating new conversations from
those who've Engaged / Taken Action on our page.
c. 2-4hrs in the Evening…
i. Evenings will be the most active times for us (DMers) as people are back
at home after their days and they will be able to be more intentional with
having conversations with us.
3. Don't just Sit and Wait… if you don't have conversations going.. Go and create some!!!
Remember.. We are here for Numbers & Sales… Let’s Go Hunt!!!!
How to Message:
First we need to have a conversation to start with… Best place to look is for those who Engage or
Take Action (Like, Comment, Vote.. and sort of engagement) on our Social Media Pages.
1. Go look to see if there is a Previous Conversation with the person who took Action..
a. If there is Prior Conversation.. Go Review the prior conversation and see if there
is anything that is related to the action they took on our page..
Ex) If they voted on a poll on the story about fear of carbs and said prior in the
conversation that they are struggling to lose weight.. Then there is a connection to be made
where we can say…
**This is an example of how we can create connections based off prior conversation**
2. Spend about 3-5 messages going back and forth to see if there is a point we can
transition or if we can ask more opening questions about them & build connection /
uncover qualifying information.
**Connection Building Question & Points of conversation**
- What can we relate to on their page?? Dogs, Coffee, Travel, Food, Cars, funny reels.. Etc..
(Ex) “Hey so i took a look at your page and saw you were at this awesome beach.. Where
was that??”
- What did they like about the piece of content on my page?? Is there anything else they
have liked??
- Get to know them.. Ask a question.. What are some of their interests outside Health &
Fitness..
- What do they enjoy doing for fun?
- Do they Travel?
- What do they do for work?
- What are some of their favorite shows?? I need new ones anyways
- We also want to ask qualifying questions before we transition into the Script to see if
they qualify for our program…
3. As we find our transition point this is where we can now start asking them questions to
get them thinking about their Health and why it's so important they take Action now
and don't put it off any longer… We want to lead them to the point where they don't
know what they need to change or where they need to start and that our coaches
program is their Solution!
As we find our point of transitions the series of questions we want to cover is going to walk the
Lead through their goals, struggles and what they need to do to accomplish these goals..
“Transition Point”: The point in conversation where Lead discloses a “Pain Point or Goal”
where we can use that to ask a question and transition into the 3 Steps
