Senior QA Automation Engineer ( Playwright &

TypeScript )

About the Role


We seek a good QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Playwright and TypeScript. We
value quality, precision, honesty, open communication, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Test Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
in a Page Object Model framework.
- Framework & API Testing: Build and enhance web and API testing automation
frameworks.
- Debugging & Reporting: Identify, debug, and document defects, providing clear bug
reports and collaborating with developers to resolve them.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate and maintain automated tests within CI/CD pipelines for
continuous build validation.
- Manual Testing: Perform exploratory and regression testing to complement automation
efforts as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and the QA team to
ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Bonus: If you know React or Firebase and can fix easy bugs you’re welcome to do so

Required Skills & Qualifications


- Experience: Around 5 years of hands-on experience in QA automation with a strong focus
on Playwright and TypeScript.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript and familiarity with JavaScript.
- CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Version Control: Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration.
- Debugging: Strong debugging skills to identify and analyze defects.
- Manual Testing: Familiarity with manual testing methodologies to validate edge cases.
