Mohamed Hadid and his company, Hadid Design and Development have been at the forefront of the
real estate industry for over 40 years. After starting his career in Washington D.C., he developed and
constructed innovative office buildings, residential projects, and Ritz Carlton Hotels in Houston, Aspen,
New York, and Washington. Hadid’s designs are the result of his ability to combine business acumen,
beauty, precision, and the belief in pushing the boundaries of what is possible with a focus on projects
that many would think impossible.

Hadid’s work has expanded beyond the United States to redefine exquisite estates in Aspen, Mexico,
