Individual Members of the United Church of Christ in the Philippines on


Gender Justice Concerns

Introduction:

Greetings of Peace and Love, Siblings in Christ!

We, from the core group of the UCCP, as organized through the Faith and Order Commission,
for SOCIESC Concerns, express our utmost thanks for your participation in this survey. This
survey is aimed at gathering information on your understanding, beliefs, attitudes, and
experiences of SOGIESC concerns in the church. Your participation is significant as the results
of this survey will serve as our baseline data for us to understand the general understanding,
beliefs, and experiences of Individual Members of the United Church of Christ in the Philippines
on Gender Justice Concerns. Ultimately, this will help us craft and/or further improve existing
programs on SOGIESC under our Community Ministry on Gender Justice.

It is our assumption that your responses are reflective of your perspective as a UCCP member.
Rest assured that your identity and along with your responses will be treated with strictest
