teaching and non teaching personnel of Balugo Elementary School, the proud parents,of course, our
stunning princes and princess ,friends, stakeholders ladies and gentlemen a victorious afternoon!
I am Boyetmar Niegas your toastmaster for today. To begin , I would like to request everyone to please
rise give honor to our heavenly father , followed by the singing of Philippine national athem and then
DepEd Leyte Hymn through audio presentation.To enliven our atmosphere and accommodate us with
her words of welcome, let’s give the floor to Hon. Marivic malinao our energetic GPTA president. Again
Marivic malinao for the welcome message. Thank you hon. Marivic Malinao for that very warm
welcome. And now, ladies and gentlemen , to showcase their talent , leadies and gentlemen ,feel the

entrance of the princes and princesses beginning with the entrance of our 6th runner up prince, Mark M.
Tandugon .He is the Son of Mr. & Mrs Pedro E. Tandugon and he is a grade 4 pupil. Once again 6th
runner up prince. The 5th runner up princess Ela Jane V Arpon . She is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs
Daniel A. Arpon and she is a grade 1 pupil. Once again 5th runner up princess,we also have Roben B
Baladhay as our 5th runner up prince .he is the proud son of Mr & Mrs Semon Pedro A. Baladhay . He is
a grade 4 pupil . next Our 4th runner up princess Cenjoy I Tandoc . she is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs
Edito H. Tandoc and she is a grade 5 pupil. Once again 4th runner up princess,we also have Angelo S.
Obalan as our 4th runner up prince .he is the proud son of Mr & Mrs Alex A. Obalan. He is a grade 6
pupil . . next Our 3rd runner up princess Darlyn B. Mangubat . she is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs Daniel
A. Mangubat and she is a grade 3 pupil. Once again 3rd runner up princess,we also have Elmar V.
singcol as our 3rd runner up prince .he is the proud son of Mrs. Molina B. Vanguardia . He is a grade 5
pupil . . next Our 2nd runner up princess Jasmin O. Pigar . she is the daughter of Mrs. Rowena A.
obalan and she is a grade 6 pupil. Once again 2nd runner up princess,we also have Jonh Dave M. Abrigo
as our 2nd runner up prince .he is the proud son of Mrs . Geraldine I. Mascariola He is a grade 2 pupil . .
next Our 1st runner up princess Zia Mekaela Kate M. Alconera . she is the daughter of Mrs. Marivic
Malinao and she is a grade 2 pupil. Once again 1st runner up princess,we also have Jhon Michael B.
Bernales as our 1st runner up prince .he is the proud son of Mr & Mrs Michael Villegas . He is a
kindergarten pupil . and now ladies and gentlemen the entrance of the Royal highness the princess of
all the princesses Jane D. Lacdaying , she is the daughter of the very proud parents Mr. And Mrs Junry
O. Lacdaying. she is from grade 4. together the royal highness the prince of the princes Zaryll O. Saboya
, he is the proud son of Mrs Jesalie O. Saboya. He is a grade 1pupil.
