1. When do I start my course?

As soon as you register, you have started on the course, we will then begin to send regular e-mails informing
you of the next lesson in the course. If you have not registered yet, you can do so here. (https://www.free-

Select your required course and follow the lessons.

2. How long does the course take?

We will send you an email every couple of days, and at that rate it will take about eighteen months for you to
receive all the emails. We do add new content all the time which may extend the course.

You can work through the lessons at your own rate, and revisit ones that you found useful on the site by
selecting the lessons tab on the navigation bar and choose the lesson you want to study.

3. Do I have to pay to access the course?

There is currently no charge for use of the website .The costs associated with the delivery of this training site
are met by on page advertising only

4. How do I get my certificates?

The courses on this site are not certified. Although some courses have a quiz, if any certificate is sent it will
be for your own reference.

5. What if I can’t access my lesson?

You can usually access your lesson by clicking the link provided. If this doesn’t work, copy and paste the link
into your web browser, or type it in.

7. How do I find a lesson?

Select the lessons tab on the navigation bar and choose the topic and lesson you want to study from the
dropdown menu. The side bar of every lesson has a link to all the lesson modules on the site.

8. How do I search for a specific topic?

Open any lesson, and a search bar will appear near the top, beneath the blue navigation bar, at the right
hand side.

9. Why has nobody replied to my question?

We have more than 250,000 visitors to the site each month, and receive hundreds of emails each day. We

This will mean that your certificates will be issued in the incorrect name. If you want to alter your name on the
account please unsubscribe and then re-register.

13. I want to start the course again, how can I do that?

Please unsubscribe and then re-register. You will then receive emails from the start of the course on the new
account.

14. I want to change my email address, how do I do that?

15. Why does no one reply to my comments?

moderated, but only rarely can we respond to specific comments

16. I no longer want to take the course and I would like the emails to stop.

At the bottom of every email we sen out there is a link titled "Not interested in receiving more?" Click on this
link and you will be asked to confirm your request. Press the button and your information will be removed
from the system and no further emails will be sent.
