Cheque Handover Check List:

For Purchase Case:

In Seller BT Case, the seller has loan over the property that he is selling to borrower and there is an agreement of sale
between Borrower and Seller about the sale. The bank from which the seller has taken the loan will transfer it to the bank
from which borrower has taken the loan. The borrower's bank will pay the loan of seller by paying the balance of loan to
the seller's bank. Borrower will then be in a position to execute the sale deed.
