directions/niches you can pick:

Fashion: You can focus on trending

brands for example.

speeches, quotes, luxury videos etc.
(my favorite)

Food: A Food Theme Page focusses on

recipes, cooking tutorials, food reviews
and so on.

Furniture/Interieur Design: They

provide insightful home inspirations,
furniture reviews or build-up tutorials.
Sport: You can share your passion for a
specific sport, teach tactics, share
workout advice or give news updates of
the NBA or NFL for example.

Travel: Travel Pages focus on sharing

experiences from different countries or
cultures. They share interesting infos
about different parts of the world.

Art/Creativity: You can showcase

paintings and drawings, give insightful
info about art history or share creative
work.

These are just examples, but I think you

understand the fact that there are
nearly endless paths you can walk.

But it is essential that you pick one

direction and don’t mix them.
Additionally it is important that you
have passion for the niche you are
choosing.
 SETUP YOUR
PAGE
Step 1: Create a new account

Start with a completely new email

address and sign up fresh on IG. You
don’t wanna revive old accounts from
years ago - trust me, it will cause
problems.

Step 2: Choose your Username

Picking a good-fitting username is really

important because it represents your
page. Try to come up with something
unique that is related to your niche and
not overused. You can help yourself with
ChatGPT and find similar but unique
usernames compared to other successful
pages in your niche.
 Step 3: Pick your Logo

The logo you come up with should be

representing your topic/page while also
being visually attractive to viewers. Try to
go as simplistic as you can while staying
unique. Help yourself creating it with
ChatGPT or use Canva where you find
endless premade logos. When crafting
your own logo, keep in mind that it will
be very small most of the times, so avoid
too complex and detailed logos.

I kept my logo quite simple, put the three

first letters of my power words in there
and made a unique logo noone else has.
 Step 4: Bio, Highlights, CTA

Here is my page as an example:

 Create a Bio:
Use Keywords for your niche that you put
in as “name” so users will find your page
through searching these niche words. For
my page it is “Money, Business and
Luxury”.

Create a clear, precise and accurate bio

by using simple language that represents
your topic.
My advice is to use 3 bullet points that
answer these questions:

1. What is your page aiming for?

2. How will you provide value?
3. Call To Action Sentence?
 Create Highlights:
Story Highlights are really important for
your page. They showcase your most
important stories and valuable
informations, wins or follower updates.
They also boost engagement extremely
well.

In the beginning you won’t have many

stories yet but you can already create
highlight categories and work on covers.
I recommend using Pinterest to find
them or create your own on Canva.

Use your highlights to connect with your

followers by asking questions, hosting
Q&A Sessions or simply share valuable
content about yourself to build better
trust to your audience.

Create your CTA:

When you have 1000 followers you put
your Call-To-Action Sentence in your Bio
that encourages your audience to take
action through your link.
 Step 5: Overall Design and Style

In order to stand out as a page you also

need to have an own type of style. This
can be fonts, graphics, colors, emojis or
symbols.

Find own designs that make your page

professional and appealing. People value
pages that have their own design which
is fitting to the niche you’re in.

Improve your design on a weekly basis

because reality is that you will not come
up with the best corporate identity on
the first day, so there is always room for
improvement.
Look at other pages in your niche and try
to model their design, but don’t copy
paste... remember, you wanna stand out!
 CREATING
CONTENT
Editing Essential:
To start Content Creation you need an
editing software at first:
CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, Afterlight to
name a few.
For me CapCut works the best and it’s
free aswell.

In order to edit you need resources. In the

motivation luxury niche where I am you
would need luxury clips in order to create
videos. You could access thousands of
clips through my digital store - check it
out!

If you choose a different niche, you have

to buy resources from other pages or find
and download your own clips.
 Framework:
In todays Social Media World you should
focus on Reels that range from 5 to 8
seconds. With this you guarantee the
highest chances of getting views as this
is the best way to grow on IG right now.

Also prioritize Quality over Quantity. If

you want to grow on Instagram you have
to shoot for the highest quality possible
and make your videos stand out from all
the others.

Think about what could make your

content special.
For me it is the complete black page
identity aswell as the focus on HQ Luxury
Cars in my videos.
 Modelling:
Look at bigger pages in your niche and
analyse their best videos. Now you have
an idea of what works. Understand who
your target audience is and create
content for them and not for you. From
my personal experience I can tell you that
reels i viewed as “mediocre” were the
ones that actually went viral.

Try to create similar content like the big

players as you already know that these
types of videos already succeed on
Instagram. So it is proven that your
videos will aswell if you create them with
the same strategy.

Also focus on staying true to your page,

remain unique. Get inspired by big pages
but do not copy paste their videos.
 Follow Trends:
Use popular/viral sounds in your videos.
They can increase your views immensely
and engage more viewers.

Also try to find trending video concepts

that you can translate to your editing
process. When you go with the trend you
can potentially get thousands of views.

Using templates is also a pretty good way

of hopping on trending videos. My videos
that are templates from successful videos
in my niche often functioned better and
got me high viral views within just a
couple of days.
 CAPTIONS AND
HASHTAGS
Captions:
When it comes to captions for your
videos, know your audience and what
they’re interested in. A Caption should
add to your content and can be very
powerful. I for example use motivational
words/quotes that add value to my
content.

Use trending words that capture

attention and make viewers read your
caption. You can also add interesting
value, tips or call-to-action phrases in
there. The longer they read your caption
the more views you get on your videos
because it makes them playback your
video multiple times while reading.

If you sell products you should focus on

captions with phrases like “Link in Bio”
 Hashtags:
Hashtags are important to categorize
your content. It also makes it easier for
Instagram to find the right target
audience for your videos.

Research popular hashtags for your niche

to increase your visibility. In my opinion
you should add about 7-10 hashtags.

You can experiment with them but have

a set of hashtags you use nearly all the
time. Look at pages in your niche and
assemble your own set of hashtags.

Put them on the very bottom of your

caption to hide them a bit because they
take a lot of space in your caption. Also
do not put hashtags afterwards as your
own comment under the video - this isn’t
doing it for you.
 Key Rules:
Wait 24 hours after creating your page
before you upload your first video.

Engage 15min with the platform every

day.

You can’t just download others content.

Instagram can detect the data of every
video. You will get shadowbanned.

Don’t be signed into more than 7

accounts at once, otherwise you will
shadowbanned too.

Do not use a VPN.

Post at 12 am, 3 pm and 6pm, those are

my best times for engagement.

Use Templates of successful audios, they

will boost your videos pretty well.

Use Audios with under 10k Reels as they

have high potential of going viral.
 GROW AN
AUDIENCE
How Instagram works:
The IG Algorithm aims to connect videos
with users that are interested in the video
topic. Based on a user’s interests, online
behavior and interactions the algorithm
pushes out content to people that could
potentially be interesting for them. More
engagement indicates that the content is
valuable and that increases visibility.

Growing on IG needs a strategic

approach which includes connecting
content creation, engagement,
consistency and networking.

Be authentic and care about your

audience, they’re your number 1 focus.
 Consistency:
This is probably the most important
element in my opinion. Everyone today
wants to go viral within the first 4 weeks
and then they quit when this isn’t the
case.

Good things take time and you have to

calculate in months not in days or weeks.
If you stay on it for 1, 2, 3, 6 months you
will scale a mountain, I promise you that.

Post consistently!
I recommend you posting 2-3 times a day
in most niches. I started with 1 post a day
and switched to 3-4 times a day - this
increased my growth extremely.
Keep your word and upload the same
amount of videos every single day.
 Engagement:
Respond to comments, DMs and
mentions. This initiates a connection
and possible relationships between
you and your audience. Also be active
yourself and like + comment on posts
from other accounts in your niche to
increase visibility. It is also helpful for
getting inspiration for future content.

Use engagement tools like polls,

quizzes or questions in your stories to
push your page.

Regularly review your content and ask

your audience what could be
improved.
 MONETIZATION
STRATEGIES
Affiliate Marketing:
You can earn a commission when you
promote affiliate products. All you
gotta do is share a link to products and
you will earn a percentage of the sales
made. This is a perfect way to monetize
your page as it is really easy to do and
can bring in your first dollar quite
comfortably.

Digital Products:
This is by far the best opportunity to
monetize. You can sell digital products
like Ebooks, Templates, Presets or
Guides. You can create them by
yourself or sell others products. For me
thats the absolute best way to
monetize an IG Theme Page. You have
endless opportunities and revenue
without limitations.
 Shoutouts/Collabs:
When your page is big enough you can
also offer the possibility to feature a
smaller account in your story to
promote their page. You get paid for it
by shouting out other creators. But
don’t overdo it because it may hurt
your authentic presence.

Mentorship:
When you have experience and a
running Theme Page you can mentor
newcomers and share your skills. You
can offer coaching for money. This is
very popular in fitness, motivation or
social media marketing niches.

Sponsored Posts:
Very popular for monetizing a page. In
this case brands pay a specific amount
of money to creators who promote
their products or servies. The payments
depend on page size and engagement
rates.
 OUTLOOK
Ending this Guide I want to motivate
you that YOU can do this. But growing
a IG Theme Page takes time and
consistency.

This is a long-term game and if you quit

after just 2 weeks because it isn’t
working, you have your mindset
wrong.

This is something bigger than you can

imagine. Only the top creators will

But you are more capable of doing that
than you think.

After a couple days or weeks you will

probably feel discouraged, I know that.
I have been there too. I uploaded over
30 videos and was left with no results
and just 56 followers.
But that was because I had no idea of
what I was doing. I had no strategy,
bad resources and no ideas.
