Am I able to calm someone down when needed or do I get easily upset when others are in distress? Answer: I am generally able to calm someone down when needed, although there are times when I may feel a bit overwhelmed if others are in severe distress. However, I tried to remain composed and supportive. 2. When it comes to managing and controlling one’s emotions, what strategies can I suggest ? Answer: For managing and controlling emotions, I would suggest strategies like deep breathing, mindfulness, taking a break to process feelings, and expressing emotions through writing or talking to a trusted person. It's also important to focus on solutions rather than dwelling on the problem. 3. When I am deeply upset or in distress what do I expect from a friend or relative who is willing to sit with me and listen ? Answer: When I am deeply upset or in distress, I expect a friend or relative to be patient, understanding, and non-judgmental. I appreciate when they listen without interrupting or offering solutions right away, allowing me to express my feelings openly.
