JOB TITLE: JUNIOR OFFICER / OFFICER / SENIOR OFFICER OF HUMAN


RESOURCE DEPARTMENT (GENERAL & ADMIN.)

REPORTS TO: HUMAN RESOURCE HEAD OF DEPARTMENT

JOB SUMMARY: To provide administrative support to the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Administrative on company’s communication channel (such as telephone system)


1.1 Data entry and filing on bills and invoice related to company’s communication channel
1.2 Liaising with telephone system expertise for installation and wiring.
2. Administrative on company incoming fax
3. Administrative on incoming and outgoing calls
4. Monitoring and administrating on Company’s Meeting Room and Guest Room (inclusive electronics facilities such
as PANA Board)

5. Company stationary management:


5.1 Administrative on Internal Order of Stationery and Labels
5.2 Administrative on company stationery Purchase
5.3 Administrative on company stationery Inventory
5.4 Toiletry tissue purchase
6. Data entry and filing on company’s stationery bills and invoice.

7. Company’s Uniform Management:


7.1 Administrative on Company’s Uniform Purchase
7.2 Administrative on Company’s Uniform Distribution

8. Monitor Attendance Time Recording system “TimeTec”


8.1 Daily attendance in and out.
8.2 Daily monitoring on leave application.
8.3 Updating employee to system.
8.4 Help to install to handphone.

9. Monitor on Door Access System.


9.1 Record employee details in system.
9.2 Monitoring on level access.

10. Company vehicle management


10.1 Administrative on company vehicles booking
10.2 Administrative on company vehicles periodically maintenance
10.3 Administrative on employee’s bus schedule by liaising with bus rental companies.

11. Hotel accommodation booking for company managers and guest or other staff performing company assignment.
12. Flight and travel arrangement for company managers and guest or other staff performing company assignment.
13. Restaurant booking for MD’s and Director’s guest

Other relevant tasks as per assigned by the Management.


Comply with company standard and policies (QMS and EMS) including Safety and 5S standard.
