COVER : To indemnify the Insured for compensation payments to their


insured employees for death and /or bodily injuries following work
accidents including local transportation risk to and from work sites
being carried in your own vehicles or hired vehicles as per the
standard Workmen’s Compensation Insurance Policy Wordings

The compensation benefits as per Qatar Labour Law

Period of Insurance : 12 months from 26.06.2023 to 25.06.2024 (Both days inclusive)

Interest : All Employees of the Insured working for the subject contract

Est. Annual Salaries/


Wages : As per Master Policy

CONDITIONS : As per Master Policy and including the below:


The Insurers hereby waives their rights of subrogation against
Qatar Fuel "Woqod"

TERRITORIAL LIMITS: Onshore, State of Qatar

LAW & JURISDICTION : State of Qatar

EXTENSIONS : As per the Master Policy

EMPLOYERS LIABILITY : The Limit of Indemnity in respect of Employer’s Liability is USD


2,000,000 (QDAR 7,300,000) any one occurrence and in the
aggregate, (inclusive of defence cost) during the period of
insurance, as per Employer’s Liability Clause; subject to Qatari
Jurisdiction.

EXCLUSIONS : As per the Master Policy

This certificate of insurance is issued as evidence that insurance has been arranged as detailed in the
policy and does not purport to show full terms and conditions of coverage nor vary them in any way.
The terms and conditions of the insurance policy shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency
between this certificate of insurance and the policy.
