Accountable for Delivery of portfolio across Application Development and Maintenance, IT

Operations, and Customer Support.

Work with the Delivery organization and support functions to enable account growth and
business development.

Lead the delivery team towards large business goals, ensuring cost effectiveness and timeliness
in delivering business solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

# Hold revenue responsibility at an account level

# Responsible for operational excellence, creation of delivery struc ture and leadership across
multiple accounts

# Development and streamlining processes based on project execution

# Showcase areas of expertise within Mindtree to the customer to deliver value and drive
business growth # Mentoring Delivery and Project Managers to help achieve business excellence

# Maintain account level target scores for CSAT

SKILL & EXPERIENCE:

# 20 years of total experience in IT Services and Delivery.

# Experience in Service Delivery with distributed teams handle mix of project types and
technologies. # Managed delivery of 50M portfolio

# Hands on experience in delivery of large scale Technical and IT operations engagement(s).

# Demonstrated ability to work in a very fast paced environment, to manage multiple tasks, to
adapt and deliver results in highly unstructured situations.

# Ability to build high performing teams, mentoring team members, building a strong second
line, ability to attract & retain talent.

# Excellent customer interfacing skills and proven ability to interact with Senior leadership team
from IT and Business in the customer organization.

# Good understanding of Project Financials and key levers that influence profitability. # Ability
to provide coherent vision, strategic plans, and leadership to achieve peer stakeholder buy-in
and successful alignment with business vision.

# Able to deal with diverse set of stakeholders and tune abstraction levels to be able to
communicate effectively from a campus mind level to client program sponsor

# Proficient in articulation, communication and presentation. .
