It is advisable to open the bypass valve while starting. It is easy for priming water since

valve once the pump is in stable operation. You’d better open the bypass valve when
there are bubbles in the transferred liquid and the operating pressure is below 6 bar,
otherwise high flow speed of the transferred liquid will damage the outlet.

Trouble Shooting
10. Maintenance

Before doing anything, make sure that the pump is disconnected from Symptoms Causes Solutions

! the power source and that there is no possibility of accidental connections.


Bearing and shaft seal do not need to maintenance.

Motor starter overload has tripped

Replace the fuse

Motor does not run when started Thermal protector has tripped out Restart
Motor bearing Main contacts are not making contact Repair
Motor without oil filling mouth is free of maintenance. Motor with oil filling or the coil is faulty
mouth of higher than 11KW, grease or the similar high temperature lithium grease Control circuit are defective Check
should be applied. See the indication on the fan cover for reference. For seasonal running Motor defective Repair
(the motor will be out of use for more than 6 months), lubricate the motor before one fuse has blown Replace the fuse
