User choose the age group (child , teenager, adult) then enter the condition of patient(conscious,

ambulance) then choose diagnosed condition of patient( yes, no)

Patient diagnosed

If user enter yes then it moves toward endocrinologist , then endocrinologist refer it to the
laboratory for test after test comeback to the endocrinologist, endocrinologist check test and
prescribed medicine the patient go to the pharmacy and take medicine and then go to the home

Patient not diagnosed but insulin available

If user enter no then there is further two conditions insulins is available or not , user enter yes
means insulin is available gp room , patient go to the gp room then laboratory for test then
comeback to the gp room, gp refers it to the endocrinologist, then go the nutritionist and then go to
the physiologist then go the pharmacy and take medicine and go back to home

Patient not diagnosed but insulin is not available

If user enter no then there is further two conditions insulins is available or not , user enter no means
insulin is not available in gp room, patient go to the gp room its write some test and patient go to
the lab for test then there is no insulin so patient go to the home without any treatment after 2
weeks patients condition is worse then its directly go to the emergency room for treatment after 2
days patient condition is better and refer the patient to the emergency endocrinologist , then go the
nutritionist and then go to the physiologist then go the pharmacy and take medicine and go back to
home

In emergency condition

If user check the patient emergency conditions then user enter the condition of patient(conscious,
ambulance), user click ambulance , patients condition is worse then its directly go to the emergency
room for treatment after 2 days patient condition is better then shift the patient to the regular
room,and refer the patient to the emergency endocrinologist , emergency endocrinologist write
some test patient go to the lab for test and come back to the emergency endocrinologist room with
test reports and then go the pharmacy and take medicine and go back to home
