Mechanical Manager

Scope of work:
• Production and Maintenance: Manage MC operations, complete production tasks, set
goals, and improve management processes.
• Engineering and Technology: Suggest and implement improvements in staff, equipment,
and technology to meet new product and technology needs.
• Quality: Implement new quality standards, reduce defects, and meet annual quality targets.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee material flow, support supplier quality
improvements, and reduce quality costs.
• Budget: Participate in budgeting and investment planning, control expenses, and reduce
operational costs.
• Supervision: Optimize department structure, develop staff, ensure equipment maintenance,
and prevent operational errors.
• IMSU/EHS: Ensure workplace safety, reduce injuries, and comply with safety and
environmental regulations.
• Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean production improvements, reduce waste, and support
company programs like LEAN and ISO.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:
• 8+ years in CNC, NC, and surface treatment for metal parts.
• 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience with machine center processes and quality management.
• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS, CAD, UG, and office software.
• Familiarity with lean production and ISO standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in English, good communication in Chinese or Japanese is a big plus
• Optional: Extensive Lean knowledge and EHS basics; experience in aluminum
parts design is a plus.
