1. Foreword
The purpose of this document is to describe the functional operation of the
TR069 management platform and train users to use the system.

2. TR069 Management Platform

2.1 Platform Description

2.2 Introduction to platform management functions

Equipment status information can be provided to simplify statistical work


and minimize information costs. It can comprehensively and systematically
save a large amount of data, and can quickly query and synthesize it, providing
information support for the organization's decision-making. Provides
operations such as policy issuance and manual instruction issuance, which
simplifies repetitive operations and greatly improves the work efficiency of
device management.
➢ Log in
In the Google browser address bar, enter the access address of the
system to enter the login interface. Enter the correct user name and password
in the user name box and password box, and click the [Login] button to log in
to the system. The system will enter the corresponding system main interface
according to the user's identity and authority scope. If the user name and
password are entered incorrectly, or the user name and password are not
entered, the system cannot be logged in. This article describes the system
functions as a system administrator user. The system login interface is shown
in the figure:

2.3 Home

Function: Statistical device online status; view user information, change


password, log out.

➢ Home

After logging in, jump to the main interface as shown below. The main
interface counts the online status of the device:
Among them, 1 represents the type, red 2 represents the number of online
devices of this type, and black 3 represents the number of offline states of this
type. Click the bar graph to jump to the device list.

➢ Personal information

Click on Figure 1 below to jump to the user information interface.

Explanation of personal information;


Nickname : Nickname (user-defined);

Username : username, which is also a login name;

Role : User role;

Phone : the user's mobile phone number;

Email: user email;

Area: The area grouping where the user is located;

Status: user status (enable/disable);

➢ Change Password

Click on Figure 1 below to jump to the Change Password interface.


Enter the original password, new password, confirm the new password, click
the Change Password button,

The modification is successful and jumps to the login interface to log in again.

➢ Quit

Click on Figure 1 below to log out,


Jump to the login interface to log in again.

2.4 Device Management

Open the device registration address in the 2.1 platform description :

2.4.1 Device List

Manage devices on the platform, with functions: query devices, batch


upgrades, view device nodes, restart devices, edit devices, batch reboot, batch
firmware upgrades, account synchronization, device status synchronization,
other devices and restore factory settings.
➢ Inquire

Enter the corresponding query conditions in the input box 1 in the upper
left corner of the figure below, and click the search button to search. You can
query according to ID, account number, version, model, IP, group and device
status. Click 2 to view the number of devices online, offline, and activated.

Click 1 to advanced filter, you can query with multiple conditions, click 2 to
close the filter conditions
➢ Add to

Click the Add button 1 to jump to the Add page, as shown below:

Enter the required information: device ID, manufacturer, sn serial number,


group, remarks, after input, click the confirmation button 1 to submit (Note:
red * is required)
After the submission is successful, the operation is successful, and click the
Confirm button to answer the device list page.
➢ Import device

Click the import button 1 to enter the device import page

First click the download template button 1 to download the template

On the import page, select whether to clear the data reported by the
existing devices in Group 1 and Manufacturers 2 and 3. Click 4 to import the
template file just filled in, and click the Confirm button 5 to start importing the
device.

➢ Batch deletion

Check the devices to be deleted and click the batch delete button to delete
the devices

Prompt whether to confirm the deletion, click Confirm to delete

If the deletion is successful, it will prompt that the deletion is successful, and
refresh the list.

➢ Delete

Click the delete button 1 in the operation bar on the right side of the table
below to delete the corresponding device, and prompt whether to confirm the
deletion.

Click OK to delete the corresponding device

If the deletion is successful, it will prompt that the deletion is successful, and
refresh the list.

➢ Batch restart

Check the devices that need to be restarted, and click the batch restart button
1 (Note: the devices must be online)
Enter the restart page, enter the scheduled restart time, and click the OK
button 1 to restart the device

➢ Bulk firmware upgrade

Check the devices that need to be upgraded, and click the batch firmware
upgrade button 1 (Note: The models of the selected devices must be the same,
and 2 in the figure shows that the models are inconsistent and cannot be
upgraded)
Refer to: 3.1 Batch Upgrade
Jump to the firmware upgrade page, select the firmware name 1

of the same model in the firmware management list to generate the download
path (refer to Generate Download Path ). The page closes the forced upgrade,
and upgrades according to the device parameter X_T_De.AutoUpgrade (1 is
to support automatic upgrade, 0 is not to support automatic upgrade).

➢ Batch configuration upgrade

1 Check the devices that need to be upgraded and click the batch
configuration upgrade button 2 (Note: The models of the selected devices must
be the same)
Jump to the firmware upgrade page, select the configuration name 1 , click
2 to set

➢ other settings

Check the device to be set 1, click the other settings button 2

Jump to other settings page


Enter the reporting url and reporting time to submit.

➢ Reset

Check the device that needs to be reset to factory settings, and click the
Factory Settings button 1

Pop out the prompt box of whether to restore factory settings, click OK to
restore factory settings
➢ Edit

Click the edit button in the operation bar on the right side of the table below
to jump to the edit page

Modify the information below and click OK to save the changes. Modifications
include: device ID, manufacturer, sn serial number, grouping, remarks (red * is
required)
➢ Node

Click the node button 1 on the right in the figure below to enter the device
node page

In the figure below, 1 includes: last notification, SN serial number, model,


MAC address, manufacturer, firmware version, OUI, IP, network SSID
2 include: hostname , IP , MAC address
3 Including: task , creation time , error code , error message , operation
4 is a series of parameters of the device
➢ Filter column

Click 1 to pop up the field column, check the corresponding field to display

the corresponding field in the device list

➢ Export

Click to select the export file type to export


➢ Device node export

➢ Batch settings

Check the device, click the batch setting button ( device list - batch setting )
to jump to the batch setting page;
Click the Get button to get the current setting value; modify the setting, click
the Confirm button, the setting is successful and the operation is successful.

➢ Activate device export

Click the Activate Device Export button to export

➢ Device account import

Click the device account import button to jump to the device account import
interface;
Click the download template to download the import template; fill in the
device account data according to the template requirements; select the group,
model, upload the file, and click the import button; jump to the confirmation
import page;
Click the Confirm Import button, and the operation is successful.

➢ Account synchronization

Select the device and click the Account Sync button;

If the synchronization is successful, the operation is successful and the list is


refreshed.

➢ Device state synchronization

Check the device and click the device status synchronization button;
If the synchronization is successful, the operation is successful and the list is
refreshed.

➢ Device function settings

Click the device id to jump to the device details page;

Click Device Settings, and then click Function Settings to jump to the function
settings page;
1. General Settings
1) Upgrade

Click the Get button to get the current forced upgrade switch status, modify the
current settings, and click the Confirm button to indicate that the operation is
successful.
2)Long connection
Click the get button to get the current long connection switch, port, address,
heartbeat time; modify the current settings, click the confirm button, and the
operation is successful.
3)Version

Click the Get button to get the address of the current check version, the real
version of the plaintext, and the real version of Base64; modify the current
settings, click the Confirm button, and the operation is successful.
2. wifi2.4G settings
Click the Get button to get the current 2.4Gwifi information, modify the current
2.4Gwifi settings, click the Confirm button, and it will prompt that the operation
is successful.
3. wifi5.8G setting

Click the get button, you can get the current 5.8Gwifi information, modify the
current 5.8Gwifi settings, click the confirm button, and the operation is
successful.
4. Other settings
Click the Get button, you can get the current tr069 reporting address,
reporting time, authentication account number, authentication password
information, modify the current settings, click the Confirm button, and the
operation is successful.
5. Black and white list settings

1) Click the Get button to get the current black and white list information;
display it in the list;
2) Click File Import to jump to the file import black and white list page
Download the template, fill in the template according to the template, upload
the template file, click the confirm button, and the operation is successful.
3) Click the Add button to jump to the New Black and White List page

Fill in the MAC address of the black and white list, remarks, click the confirm
button, and the operation is successful;
4)Click the Apply All button to apply all black and white lists in the list to the
device
5)Select the data, click the Delete All button to delete the selected data;

6)Click the delete button to delete the current data


➢ Download ( device upgrade )

Click the device id to jump to the device details page;


Click to download, firmware upgrade, jump to the firmware upgrade page

Select the firmware, click the Confirm button, and the operation is successful.

➢ Network diagnostics

Click the device id to jump to the device details page;


Click Network Diagnosis to jump to the Network Diagnosis page;

1)Ping diagnosis
As shown in the figure above, edit the parameter value and click to start the
diagnosis;

The prompt is sent successfully, the page is loaded and waiting; click the stop
diagnosis button to stop the diagnosis

After waiting for the result data to return successfully, the picture on the right
shows that the packet loss rate is 0, the maximum response time, the minimum
response time, and the average response time are: 42, 42, 42 (ms)
2)Traceroute Diagnostics
1、host address
2、traceroute times
3、overtime time
4、data size
5、Differentiated Services Code Point
6、IP layer interface
7、Max hops

As shown in the figure above, edit the parameter value and click to start the
diagnosis;

The prompt is sent successfully, the page is loaded and waiting; click the stop
diagnosis button to stop the diagnosis
After waiting for the result data to return successfully, the figure on the right
shows the delay of each routing hop.

3)Download Diagnostics
1、Download link
2、Ethernet Priority Code
3、Differentiated Services Code Point

As shown in the figure above, edit the parameter value and click to start the
diagnosis;

The prompt is sent successfully, the page is loaded and waiting; click the stop
diagnosis button to stop the diagnosis

3、Connection handshake round trip time
4、Transaction request round trip time

After waiting for the result data to be returned successfully, the figure on the
right shows the download transaction response throughput, line interface
throughput, connection handshake round-trip time, transaction request round-
trip time, and transaction response time respectively.

4)Upload Diagnostics
1、Upload interface address

6、Upload file size

As shown in the figure above, edit the parameter value and click to start the
diagnosis;
The prompt is sent successfully, the page is loaded and waiting, click the stop
diagnosis button to stop the diagnosis
1. Transaction response throughput
2. Line interface throughput
3. Connection handshake round-trip time
4. Transaction request round-trip time

After waiting for the result data to be returned successfully, the figure on the
right shows the response throughput of the upload transaction, the throughput
of the line interface, the round-trip time of the connection handshake, the
round-trip time of the transaction request, and the transaction response time.

➢ Get log

Click the device id to jump to the device details page;


Click Get Logs, jump to the Get Logs page, click Search Logs, click
the Delete All button to delete the logs, and click the View button to view the
log details.

➢ Backup

Click the device id to jump to the device details page;


Click Backup to jump to the backup page;
Select the backup type, click OK, and the operation is successful; click View
Backup List to view the backup files;

2.4.2 Firmware Management

Manage the firmware programs of the platform. Functions: Query firmware


programs, add firmware programs, invalidate firmware programs, delete
firmware programs in batches, view firmware program details,
➢ Inquire

The firmware upgrade interface displays all firmware lists. Enter the query
conditions in the input box in the upper left corner of the figure below, and click
the search button to query. You can query according to whether the firmware
is valid, firmware name, and area.

For example: select the valid firmware, click the query button to query all
valid firmware.

➢ Add to

Click the Add button in the upper left corner of the figure below to jump to
the Add Firmware interface,
Enter the required information:
File Type: the type of the added file;
The Name Of The Firmware: The added firmware name;
Manufactures: Select the manufacturer of the firmware and the firmware
model, the format: manufacturer * model;
Upgrade Version Number: The version number corresponding to the
current firmware program;
Upgrade URL Or Upgrade Package : firmware acquisition form (enter
the download address url or upload a file);
Upgraded Version Package : Enter the firmware package download
address, or upload the firmware upgrade package;
MD5 : Router software MD5 , optional.
Click OK, add,

Add successfully, prompt:


➢ Invalidate

Click the button to set the firmware to be valid or invalid in the operation bar
on the right side of the table below, and you will be prompted whether to confirm
the validation/invalidation.

Click OK to invalidate,
success status changes to invalid/valid,

➢ Batch deletion

The firmware needs to be invalidated before it can be deleted. Refer to


2.4.2 Effective invalidation , check the firmware to be deleted, and click the
batch delete button in the upper left corner of the figure below to prompt
whether to confirm the deletion.

Click OK to delete the selected firmware,


If the deletion is successful, it will prompt that the deletion is successful, and
the list will be refreshed.

➢ Delete

The firmware needs to be invalidated before it can be deleted. Refer to 2.4.2


to take effect and invalidate, and click the delete button in the operation bar on
the right side of the table below to prompt whether to confirm the deletion.

Click OK to delete this piece of data,


If the deletion is successful, it will prompt that the deletion is successful, and
refresh the list.

➢ Details

Click the details button in the operation bar on the right of the figure below
to jump to the firmware details interface.

➢ Set up automatic update to the latest version

Click the Generate Download Path button in the operation bar on the right
side of the figure below to jump to the Generate Download Path page.
(Note: The firmware for generating the download path must be valid before it
can be generated, and only one latest firmware can be generated for the same
hardware type)
Click confirm 1 to generate, preview button 2 to preview

After generation, as shown in the figure, click to view

Check the effect as shown below: (click the cancel button 1 to cancel)
2.4.3 Firmware Upgrade List

Manage the firmware upgrade tasks of the platform. Functions: Query the
firmware upgrade tasks and view the details of the firmware upgrade tasks.

➢ Inquire

The firmware upgrade interface displays a list of all upgrade tasks. Enter
the query conditions in the input box in the upper left corner of the figure below,
and click the search button to search. You can search according to the upgrade
status, the current version of the device, and the device id.

For example: enter "S10G" in the current version input box, click the query
button to query all the upgrade tasks that contain "S10G" in the current version.
➢ Details

Click the details button in the operation bar on the right side of the figure
below to jump to the upgrade task details interface.
➢ Bulk/ Cancel Upgrade

When the upgrade command is issued, click 2 to cancel the firmware


upgrade , click 1 to cancel in batches (cannot be canceled in other states)

➢ Re-issued overdue tasks

Click the 1 Overdue Task Re-issue button to issue overdue tasks.


➢ Smart upgrade

Click the 1 smart upgrade button to jump to the smart upgrade page, as
shown below

Select group 1, model 2, and fill in firmware version 3 to upgrade the selected
model of the selected group.

➢ Upgrade task data export

2.4.4 Error list

Manage failed tasks issued by the platform. Functions: Query failed tasks
and delete tasks.
➢ Inquire

The error list displays all failed tasks. Enter the query conditions in the
input box in the upper left corner, and click the search button to query. It can
be queried according to the device sn serial number, error code, and Channel.

For example: enter "5438" in the sn serial number input box, click the query
button, and find out the failed tasks of all devices whose sn serial number
contains "5438".

➢ Delete

Click the delete button in the operation bar on the right side of the figure
below, and you will be prompted whether to confirm the deletion.
Click OK to delete this piece of data,

If the deletion is successful, it will prompt that the deletion is successful, and
refresh the list.

2.4.5 Model Management

➢ Add model

Click Model Management, click the Add Model button;


Jump to add model page;

Enter the manufacturer and model, click OK, and it will prompt that the
operation is successful.

➢ Add custom model

Click the Add Custom Model button to jump to the Add Custom Model page
Select the group, select the associated id, enter the manufacturer and model,
click OK, and the operation is successful.

➢ Model data transfer

Click the model data transfer button to jump to the model data transfer page
Select the data source, select the target group, move the data to be
transferred to the right, click the OK button,
Success indicates that the operation was successful.

➢ Delete

Click the delete button,

Prompt to delete
Click OK to confirm that the deletion is successful.

➢ Edit

Click the Edit button to jump to the edit page

Edit the manufacturer, model, and click OK, and it will prompt that the
operation is successful.

2.4.6 Policy Management

Policy management mainly includes the functions of 1 switch configuration,


2 upgrade policies, and 3 command issuing.

➢ Inquire

You can query the corresponding policies according to 1 manufacturer, 1


model, and 2 groups.

➢ Switch configuration

Click the 1 button to pop up the switch configuration page

Configuration instructions:
1 Device model
2 The group the device is in (must be consistent with the device group)
3 Policy name
4 Automatically deliver VoIP dial-up configuration
5 Keep reporting node
6 Send connection request address
7 Save VoIP call quality data
8 Save VoIP registration status alarm
9 Save tr069 device log
10 Get device location
11 Whether to issue the command again after the device upgrade fails (the
number of failures is less than three times)

➢ Upgrade strategy

Click the Upgrade Policy button 1


Configuration Policy Description:
1 Device model to be upgraded
2 Group where the device is located
3 Policy Name
4 Upgrade Type: Firmware Upgrade and Configuration Upgrade
5 device version
6 md5
7 Version Rules: The version rule is used for version comparison. Different
models have different versions. Select the corresponding rule.
8 Escalation Events: Incident Escalation and Cyclic Escalation
9 Available with upgrade conditions:
Specify mac, specify time period, specify IMEI interval, limit the number of
devices
10 Upgrade version (the firmware uploading user must be in the same group
as the device)

➢ Issuing the command

Configuration instructions:
1 Device model 2 The group where the device is located
3 Policy name 4 Trigger event
5 Automatic release (Get) switch 6 Get node
7 Automatic delivery (Set) switch 8 Set node

➢ Release

After the policy configuration is successfully set, click 1 to publish to take


effect.

➢ Delete

Unpublished policies can be deleted by clicking button 1 or 2


➢ Edit

1 Edit unpublished policies

The edit page pops up, and you can save it after making changes.

➢ Details

Click the 1 Details button to view policy details


2.4.7 Order list

➢ Inquire

Select the order type, enter the account number, select the order status, and
click the search button to filter out the qualified orders.
➢ Reissue

Click the Re-issue button to issue the command again, indicating that the
operation was successful.

➢ Delete

Click the delete button to delete and cancel the issuance of the command,
and it will prompt that the deletion is successful.

➢ Batch release

Select the command, click the batch release button, and re-issue these
commands in batches, indicating that the operation is successful.
➢ Batch deletion

Select the device, click the batch delete button, delete and cancel the issued
command, and it will prompt that the deletion is successful.

➢ Details

Click the Details button to jump to the instruction details page.


2.4.8 Third party account

➢ Inquire

Enter the account number and click the search button to filter out the
accounts that meet the conditions.
➢ Add to

Click the Add button to jump to the Add Account page;


Enter the account information, click the Confirm button, and the operation is
successful.

➢ Edit

Click the edit button to jump to the edit page;


Edit the account information, click the Confirm button, and the operation is
successful.

➢ Delete

Click the delete button;


Prompt whether to confirm the deletion; click OK, and it will prompt that the
deletion is successful.

2.5 System Management

2.5.1 User Management

Manage users of the platform, functions: query users, add users, delete users,
modify users, and set the home page.

➢ Inquire

Enter the corresponding query conditions in the input box in the upper left
corner of the figure below, and click the search button in the upper right corner
to search. It can be queried based on user status (enabled or disabled), user
name, user area.
For example: enter "test" in the user name input box, click the query button
to query all users whose user name contains "test".

➢ Add to

Click the Add button in the upper left corner of the figure below to jump to
the Add UI,

Enter the required information:


User Name: User name, which is also a login name;

Status: Status (enable/disable), only users with enabled status can log

The newly added user needs to be enabled in Figure 1 below, and can log
in only after clicking the role set in Figure 2 below.

➢ Delete

Click the delete button in the operation bar on the right side of the table
below to delete the user, and prompt whether to confirm the deletion.
Click OK to delete the user,

If the deletion is successful, it will prompt that the deletion is successful, and
refresh the list.

➢ Revise

Click the Modify button in the operation bar on the right side of the table below
to jump to the modification interface.
Modify the following information, click OK, the following information
represents the meaning, please refer to 2.5.1 to add ,

➢ Reset Password

Click 1, jump to the password reset page, you can reset the user password

2.5.3 Group Management

Manage the area grouping of the platform, functions: add area, modify area,
delete area.

➢ Add to

Click the Add button in the figure below to add a new area under the current
area,
Add successfully, add a new area under the current area,

➢ Revise

Click the Modify button in the figure below to jump to the modification
interface.

Modify the following information, click OK,


Name: area name;
Off line threshold: threshold (the device online rate is lower than this value,
the home page will alarm);
Logo: area icon;

Modification is successful, prompt;

➢ Delete

Click the delete button in the picture below, and you will be prompted whether
to confirm the deletion.
Click OK to delete the current area and all sub-areas under the current area (if
there are users in the current area or sub-areas, they cannot be deleted);

If the deletion is successful, it will prompt that the deletion is successful, and
refresh the list.

2.5.4 System log

Manage the operation logs of the platform. Functions: view logs, delete logs,
and view log details.

➢ Inquire

Enter the query conditions in the upper left corner of the figure below, and
click the search button to start the query (you can search according to the start
time, end time, and operation menu name).

For example: input " Site Management " in the operation menu name input
box , click the query button to query all the logs with " Site Management " in
the operation menu name .

➢ Batch deletion

Check the log records to be deleted, click the batch delete button in the
upper left corner of the figure below, and prompt whether to confirm the
deletion.
Click OK to delete the log,

If the deletion is successful, it will prompt that the deletion is successful, and
refresh the list.

➢ Details

Click the details button in the action bar on the right side of the table below
to jump to the details page.
3. Appendix

3.1 Batch upgrade

1. Add firmware
On the firmware management page, click the Add button to jump to the Add
Firmware interface.
Enter the required information:
File Type: the type of the added file;
The Name Of The Firmware: The added firmware name;
Manufactures: Select the manufacturer of the firmware and the firmware
model, the format: manufacturer * model;
Upgrade Version Number: The version number corresponding to the current
firmware program;
Upgrade URL Or Upgrade Package : firmware acquisition form (enter the
download address url or upload a file);
Upgraded Version Package : Enter the firmware package download address,
or upload the firmware upgrade package;
MD5 : Router software MD5 , optional.

Click OK, add,

Add successfully, prompt:


The added firmware is displayed on the firmware management page,

2. Firmware upgrade
Finally, go to the device list interface, check the devices that need to be
upgraded (devices with the same manufacturer and model can be upgraded in
batches), click the batch upgrade button, and jump to the firmware upgrade
interface.
Select the firmware you just added. Note: The added firmware and the
upgrade device must be of the same manufacturer's model.

Select the planned upgrade time (if you do not select the planned upgrade
time, the default is to upgrade immediately. Select the planned upgrade time
to schedule the upgrade according to the planned upgrade time), click OK,

Success tips:
Go to the upgrade task list to view, the issued upgrade tasks will be displayed
here, as shown in the following figure : Upgrade Status
Indicates the upgrade status:
Not upgraded: The upgrade task has not been issued (Scheduled upgrade
time is the time when the upgrade task is issued);
Upgraded failed: upgrade failed;
Upgraded success: The upgrade is successful.
3.2 Policy upgrade

In the policy configuration, refer to the configuration for detailed configuration ;

When uploading the firmware, fill in the information as follows (Note: the model
and device model must be the same, the firmware must be uploaded under the
account of the current group when uploading the firmware, otherwise the
corresponding firmware cannot be found when upgrading the firmware):

1. Incident escalation strategy
Version upgrade :

1 Select the group where the device is located


2 Device version number
3 Rules consistent with the format of the device version number (for version
comparison)
During configuration, the firmware must be in the same group as the device
before it can be successfully delivered.
You can specify conditions to upgrade.
2. Cyclic upgrade:

Can be upgraded back and forth between 1 and 2 firmware.

Click the OK button to back up the current firmware or configuration of the
device
