Job Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate (Post Training Completion)
CTC: During training: INR 10,000 (100 days)
Post-training: INR 2.8 to 5 LPA (Based on successful training completion)

Key Responsibilities:
® Design, develop, and manage full-stack applications, ensuring seamless user experience and system functionality.
® Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, create software solutions, and deliver high-
quality code.
® Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure error-free applications.
® Develop, integrate, and optimize front-end and back-end systems for performance and scalability.
® Maintain and document software solutions using best practices and project management tools.
® Work on real-time projects to solve client-specific challenges and deliver customized results.

Requirements / Qualifications:
® Certification in Full Stack Development from a reputed institution.
® Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.).
® Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
® Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
® Outstanding leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities.
® Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and delivering innovative solutions.

Eligibility:
® Completion of 100-day Training cum Real-Time Live Project with successful reviews.
® Strong performance in assigned sprints, with full commitment to attendance and deliverables.
