Introduction

The slogan Together for Tomorrow Ethiopian People encapsulates a shared vision for a
prosperous and equitable future for Ethiopia. This initiative aims to unite the Ethiopian people in

global, continental and regional development plans in to Ethiopian People together for tomorrow
strategic plan is vital for effective implementation and monitoring of the plans. Communication
and coordination at different level is also crucial to achieve the targets set in all activities like
ministry of revenue in Ethiopia plays a pivotal role in the country’s economic development by
administering tax and customs policies and Ethiopian Civil Service, as a cornerstone of the
nation's governance, is expected to uphold a set of ethical principles that guide its operations.
These principles are crucial for ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective service
delivery. The aims to examine the ethical values enshrined in the Ethiopian Civil Service and
