TO : ALL STAFF AND STUDENTS

FROM: PRINCIPAL

SUBJECT: RE-OPENING OF 2ND SEMESTER OF 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR

DATE: JANUARY 2, 2025

This comes to remind all staff and students that school will officially re-open for academic
work on Monday January 20, 2025. PHN 23 and NAP 23 would however report to school on
January 27, 2025 and February 8, 2025 respectfully due to their mental health affiliation at
Ankaful Psychiatric Hospital which comes off from January 6, 2025 to February 1, 2025.

All students are also reminded that the school shall celebrate the annual Ghana month in March
just after National Independence Day. In light of this, all students are to come along with
traditional attire/apparel (Kente, fugu, kaba and slit, etc) to be worn during the celebration.
Please, come along with old attire but not to compel parents to buy new dresses for the said
occasion.

School bill/fees would be made available next week.
