Accountabilities:-

 Coordination with the Client for executing their priorities.


 Implementation of Project quality requirements as per technical specifications and FQP.
 Inspection of incoming Material as per purchase order and applicable code along with MTC and other
supporting documents, co-relate the item code, batch no, heat no. and check the approved vendor list.
 Welding consumables (electrodes/filler wire) selection, qualification and approval as per the project
requirement.
 Establishing & Qualifying WPS & PQR records. Conduct welder Qualification test & prepare WPQ
records as per ASME SEC IX.
 Arrangement and checking of Welder Qualification Test, Weld Visual Inspection, Pre-heating, Post
heating, PWHT (Stress Reliving), Hardness Test, UT, DPT, MPT-Test, Hydro Test and RT-Radiography
Film Interpretation etc at Site.
 Check revision of Latest isometric used at site/shop for construction. Co-ordinate with field Engineering
Department for latest Revision, Design modification and Technical Queries etc.
 Ensure that the final alignment of structure steel after installation, & bolt tightness, welding activities
carried out as per company approved method statement & standards, specification.
 Gratings inspection after erection as per approved drawing in process platform & structure.
 Stage wise Inspection, fit up, visual, dimension, Kerosene leak test, Vacuum box test, Water fill test &
final inspection carried out for fabrication & assembly Parts as per drawing approved customer FQP,
Standards & client Specification.
 QA/QC related all document preparing & updated the routine quality records as per International
Standard client specification & company procedures.
 Monitor/report on fabrication activities includes, Various stage of the pressure vessel, welding & welder
performance, material review, NDT report review, radiographic film review, dimensional checks, witness
hydro-tests, verify painting, review test packs, equipment.
 Preparation of Hot Tap Welding Procedure Qualification Method Statement for Hot Taps Welding, ITP &
Risk Assessments.
 Played a key role for Hot Tapping activity including welding.
 Conversant for Preparation of Welding Procedure Specification & Procedure Qualification Records.
 Responsible for all quality control & Inspection Activities.
 Supervision of site construction activities, maintenance, pipeline welding and high-risk activities like Hot
Tap Welding on pipeline.
 Conduct the Monthly Audit with concerned contractor.
 Executing and checking documentation works for static and rotating equipments to assure that the
required forms used in testing submitted are approved by client representative as per ITP such as
installation checklist for static/rotating equipment levelling/alignment recording forms for horizontal and
vertical package type-axial/radial, soft foot parallelism forms for pumps.
 Regular surveillance checking at site to verify the preservation requirements for anchor bolts during
construction state.
 Checking preservation status of equipments at site.
 Erection of Equipments such as pumps, Vessels, Tanks and other equipments fas per the approved
method statement.
 Checking equipment orientation and shimming before and after erection.
 Check the condition of pump alignment (axial/radial) without piping prior for preparation for piping
installation.
Tanks:
 Inspection of Bottom plate, Roof plates laying.
 Inspection of nozzle orientation and fit-up inspection with RF pads.
 Witness RF pad pneumatic test, Bottom & roof plates vacuum box testing.
 Witness on NDT for shell plates with bottom plate’s fillet weld.
 Review of RT film for shell plate vertical seam and circumference seam.
 Carry out Inspection of Peaking and Banding of Shell plates.
 Checks verify the plumpness and ovality of the vertical Storage Tanks with applicable codes.
 Coordinate/witness Hydro test with full of water as per client requirements.

Scholastics.
 BE. (Mechanical) from Annamalai University, Chennai 2014.

 Well versed with MS-Office and Internet 6.
