This is to inform all the members of the Academics (Teaching and Learning Process)
Committee that there will be a meeting in C-Block Third floor Lab on 29/07/2023 at
10:00 AM to discuss the following agenda.
AGENDA:
1. Discussion on the effectiveness and alignment of current teaching practices
with academic goals.
2. Examination of curriculum updates to ensure relevance to academic and
industry trends.
3. Review mechanisms for evaluating student performance and learning
achievements.
4. Planning and scheduling workshops, seminars, and training sessions for
faculty.
5. Presentation of recent student feedback on teaching and learning, followed by
a discussion on actionable insights.
6. Developing a strategic plan for implementing improvements based on
discussions and feedback.

Agenda:

All members of the Boys Hostel Committee attended. The Chairman reviewed and
discussed about the points of agenda.
1. The committee reviewed the current teaching practices and agreed that while
effective, there is room for improvement in aligning with the latest educational
standards.
2. It was resolved to update the curriculum regularly to ensure it remains relevant
to both academic advancements and industry needs.
3. The existing mechanisms for evaluating student performance were deemed
satisfactory, but enhancements will be made to better track learning outcomes.
4. A schedule for upcoming faculty development programs, including workshops
and seminars, was approved to enhance teaching skills and introduce
innovative practices.
5. Recent student feedback was analyzed, highlighting areas where
improvements are needed, and actionable steps were agreed upon to address
these concerns.
6. The committee resolved to develop a comprehensive action plan focusing on
continuous improvement in teaching and learning, based on the meeting
discussions and feedback received.
