2.1 Structural type


The Saman centrifugal compressor unit is a multi-axis skid-mounted structure, driven by a motor. The unit supply scope mainly includes

The following equipment: main motor, gearbox, coupling and protective cover, cooler and interstage pipes and fittings, lubricating oil system

System, intake guide vane adjustment device, anti-surge adjustment device, local control system, compact structure, easy to install on site

2.2 Compressor gearbox

The overall gearbox adopts a horizontal split structure, made of QT450, with multi-axis gear speed increase, low-speed large

gear drives high-speed small gear, H-type layout, easy to maintain and service;

2.3 Rotor

A small gear rotor shaft (AGMA13, forged alloy steel material: 40CrNiMoA) and a large gear shaft (AGMA13, forged alloy

steel material: 42CrMoA) assembly, after multiple static and dynamic balancing tests, the dynamic balancing level refers to API

requirements;

2.4 Bearings

The high-speed rotor shaft bearing adopts a five-petal tilting pad horizontal split structure, which can automatically align the center. The material is alloy

structural steel (grade: 42CrMo), and the surface of the pad is coated with babbitt alloy; the low-speed large gear bearing adopts a horizontal split compound
