2. Professional Development Tracking: Record and track teachers' professional

development activities, such as workshops, training sessions, and conferences.

3. Performance Evaluation: Manage teacher performance evaluations, including

setting goals, tracking progress, and providing feedback.

4. Class and Course Management: Assign teachers to classes and courses, and

track their teaching schedules.

5. Student Performance Tracking: Track student performance and progress,

including grades, attendance, and test scores.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

The objective of this project is to let the students apply the programming knowledge

into a real- world situation/problem and exposed the students how programming

skills helps in developing a good software.

1. Write programs utilizing modern software tools.

2. Apply object oriented programming principles effectively when developing

small to medium sized projects.

3. Write effective procedural code to solve small to medium sized problems.

4. Students will demonstrate a breadth of knowledge in computer science, as

exemplified in the areas of systems, theory and software development.

 5. Students will demonstrate ability to conduct a research or applied Computer

Science project, requiring writing and presentation skills which exemplify

scholarly style in computer science.

6. Teacher Management System software is helpful for Improved Teacher

Management Increased Efficiency, Better Decision-Making ,Enhanced

Professional Development.

4. search by name: To Search the Teacher by name

5. Modify by Teacher Id: To update the teacher details

6. delete by Teacher Id: To delete the record from the database

7. exit: Exiting from the system

CONCLUSION

 The use of software in computers in Teacher management system has made things
easy.

 These are made to keep a check details of students.

 The software is user friendly and easy to handle.
