TRADE PROJECT REPORT GUIDELINE

Every student undertaking a course in the Computer department is required to carryout a


computer-based project as a requirement of Diploma course under KNEC. Below is a
guideline for preparing a project report and every student is required to be as original as
possible. Duplication of any work may lead to disqualification of the proposal and any
disciplinary measure as will be outline by the Academic Board.

FORMAT
The proposal observe the following formatting:
a) Font
i. Size 12
ii. Type – Times Roman
b) Paragraph
i. Spacing – 1.5
ii. Alignment – Justified

Title Page
The title page should consist of
i. The title of Project
ii. The name of the Institution
iii. The Department
iv. The name and admission number of the Candidate
v. The name of the Candidate’s Supervisor
